Have been going to her for years. Have had satisfaction until Fall 2013. Staff no longer to call reminders, which would be fine if they weren't 5 months away. They are unaware of upcoming appointments when you call to inquire about refills. She is always late, I understand this happens. However this time the visit was short and curt as soon as we started. Appointments are in half hr or 1 hr increments. For our 30 min appt 20 min were in the waiting room (she wasn't late and finished 15 min before with another appt) and we were rushed through in 10. Child has had an increase in symptoms and we tried to voice the concern and was told to see our GP for a referral. This was a question directed about a current condition the child was being treated for. She basically restated a specialist report I already knew, did the whole weigh and measure thing and that was it. Leaves us wondering why we took work off for the morning and pulled the child out of school for half a day. Not impressed.

After seeing my son 2 days ago, and telling us if he got any worse to call the office and she would see him, just got off the phone with them and she won't see him. She is going on vacation tomorrow and can't be bothered today. Told us to go to the GP instead. Very frustrating!

I have premature twins. After spending 3 months in the NICU my babies were discharged. After being home for 2 months one of my babies started refusing feeds. Dr. Williams was not concerned at all. He started losing a significant amount of weight so I phoned the IWK, luckily they saw us and after intense monitoring we realized that his reflux was the source of the problem. When I had previously asked her to increase his current discharge medication, she claimed that he did not need it because he wasn't spitting up. If I hadn't gone ahead of her and touched base with wonderful contacts, I know he would be hospitalized today. The few visits I had with her I had to wait almost an hour while she was chit chatting in the hall... as if having 2 babies to sit and wait is easy!
