I went to him for a workers comp problem and he didn’t even assess me. He rudely walked over to my car and said, “gimme your insurance and id, I’ll be back”. He then proceeded to call me for his “assessment” of my injury which he didn’t even listen to what I had to say. He gave me recommendations for an injury that I don’t have and was extremely unprofessional. The assessment paper that he gave me had false info on it and was very difficult to read. I will never return to this horrible place and would rather sit 4+ hours in an ER waiting room than go to here.

Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for treatment. I would rather wait for hours in an emergency room than see this guy!

I visited the walk-in Medical Center in Newington for wound care in April of 2015. I was very pleased with Dr Calle's teatment of my wounds. No, he's not super cheerful or placating. He is knowledgeable and skillful in what he does however. He cleaned and dress my wounds more skillfully than any doctor previously had. My wounds were the cleanest i'd ever seen them. He informed me about what I would need to do to the wounds for them to continue to heal. Dr Calle did everything I asked him to do and I'm confident I would recommend him to others as well as return to this Medical Center under his care myself.

I came into the office today with ankle pain because I twisted it at the park with my daughter. I was very pleased to be greeted with the receptionist who checked my insurance before I was seen. The office was super clean and definitely a plus with all the germs that are going around lately. Dr. Calle introduced himself and brought me in and immediately got to the root of the problem. He set me up for an X-Ray and even asked me to come back to check on it, free of charge. I had a great experience with Dr. Calle and I would recommend him to not only to others but my family as well. I felt at home when I was there and it cut down the anxiety I had going in. Definitely best Urgent Care in Newington.

DO NOT GO HERE. My little brother got a horrible infection in a wound that Dr. Calle stitched. The wound only required 4 stitches and was fine before he got his hands on him. Horrific bed side manner and now my brother has a systemic infection because of his poor medical knowledge and treatment of a very simple cut. Please dot take your family here, he will make your injury even worse.

Dr. Calle didn't even introduce himself, was awkward and flighty, and not very helpful. He seemed clueless to why I was there (while he had the paper in his hand) and wasn't professional. The office was cluttered and unkempt, def wouldn't recommend him and won't be going back.

Dr. Calle's diagnosis and treatment were accurate. He may not be 'warm and fuzzy', but I found him to be professional and capable. When I called with a question, the doctor came on the phone right away. When I came back for a follow-up visit, which he suggested, he didn't even charge me a copay. I would go back to him again.

I had a STD outbreak and they were very reasonable and efficient. I am happy I found them through a friend who went there. It was easier than a Health Dept for my STD workup. Give it a try if you need help.I was glad they called in the prescription for me at my local pharmacy too. Also, I got my results over the phone by the doctor who tested me. It was very personal and confidentsul. Thanks to the workup, i had a treatable chylmdia so i didn't give it to my girlfriend. I would not want to go to my college doctor with this embarassing problem.

I went in to see this doctor because my mother and brother go to him when they need medical assistance outside of our primary dr's office. They recommended that I see him for an issue I've been having with my legs. I went to him and he ran blood/urine tests to check for possible abnormalities/underlying issues. He gets to the point, though it may seem like a cold bedside manner, he told me that his job is to make sure that I didn't have anything life-threatening. I appreciated that, since the next day I decided to see my PCP anyway, and all she had to say to me after looking at my legs was "I have no idea what's wrong" and told me to just come back in a week. Dr. Calle got my test results, and since they were normal, he sent the results to a dermatologist office and had them call me the following work day to schedule an appt for a further look at my symptoms. I don't know where I'd be with this leg issue if it weren't for his help. Nobody's perfect, but at least this doctor helps you.
