The most unprofessional staff i spoke to till date. Looks like his office is run by his wife and she is most indifferent and rudest person i have ever come across. First of all, she doesnt seem to know HIPAA and health care rules and then questions others intellecuatl abilities passing all racial comments on others for her fault. I would never ever recommend this doctor to anyone. I would sincerely suggest Larossa to find another efficient person who has all the knowledge in the health care and is also very nice to patients who would like to visit him. otherwise, he is gonna have a tough time.

extremely unhappy with him. his office staff is rude and although the dr is fine in person he is competey nrespinsive. have to call and chase for any kind of lab results. I had bloodwork done for an adrenal gland issue in sept and it is now the end of November and I have had no follow up from his office a to my results despite several phone calls by me. cannot wait to leave his practice, after 15 years as a patient.

Terrible Dr. - Had annual exam and was told I did not need to fast for Cholestorol Test - DAHH! Had to beg for my results for 2 months and Cholestorol level was high. Staff Very very very rude. I'm currently in the process of transferring to another Dr.

I wish I read reviews before waiting to see him, getting worse waiting, then waiting for him to call! My husband came with me, worryied about me & told Dr. Larossa how sick I'd been. I had labs done that week at my pcp so he would have everything he needed. He told me he would call an old doctor I hadn't seen in years for labwork & then call me on Monday (it was Fri). I had everything from the last few years with me & my most recent. I asked if it'd be quicker to just redo labs since the results he was saying he wanted would be old & he told me no. I was scared I'd get worse. My pcp did labs she thought and endo would need. I had been so sick & told him how sick I was, & was scared I wouldn't be able to take care of my baby because I was so weak. I was urging him not to just let it go. He told me to just wait, but he never called;my husband called, told the secretary I was worse, please ask him to call. It's been over 2 months, still no cal1! Awful! He didn't care, don't waste your time!

He missprescribed a medication, he will not talk to you on the phone to clarify medication directions unless youmake an appoitment to see him even if you saw him a day before. Staff ( Nancy) is very rude, unpolite and unhelpful. I definitely DO NOT recommend this doctor at all! save your life! run away from him!

Very well spoken. Explains everything in detail. Didn't make me feel rushed at all. I would definitely see him again.
