It's already been said - the staff are great but the doctor is cold and only tells you what he has to. Does not take the time to empathize with your situation and explain things in layman terms. Way too much jargon. Needs to take a technical communication 101 course. Wish I'd consulted this website before booking with him...

This Dr is the most arrogant I have experienced. He is seemingly uninterested to help patients like me. He is very cold and doesn't care about the professionalism. I'm sure he makes good money, but it is disappointing to see this behavior from medical professionals like him operate here in Canada.

Worst bedside manner as well as rude!!!! Heart medications were causing me issues and he sent me home from the hospital saying just leave, there's nothing wrong, your too sensitive that's all, even tho the 2 over night cardiologist wanted to do scans he refused and said your my patient not there's...... had follow up at the Glenrose Heart Rehabilitation centre and nurses as well as the cardiologist were disgusted with the treatment I received from Mr. Fahoum .... I will not call him a doctor as he does not deserve the title whatsoever!!!! They referred me to a fantastic cardiologist that definitely changed my meds , so maybe Mr. Fahoum should either go back to school for medicine or quite practising medicine as yes he is only practising as an internist not a cardiologist !!! this was a year and a half ago but it still makes me upset to see he is still out there mistreating and misdiagnosing humans.

I took my father in to see Dr. Fahoum and was extremely disappointed. His uncaring attitude was very apparent. He seemed distracted and never once made eye contact. Also fly very rushed.

had many tests done with no answers. Ended up in emerge with afib and had to have my heart reset with a cardio version. when I went back to him for a follow up he came in and asked me what the medication was I was taking that he saw on net care was for....really take the time to look it up yourself...yo are the doctor. then told me I was fine and to go see a psychiatrist to deal with stress and anxiety.....never again will I step foot in that clinic

Best doctor ever. He diagnosed my father properly and on time. Insisted that he gets a procedure, and took the time to book it quickly. My father is still alive because of this doctor.

I went to see Dr Fahoum for a follow up on of an echocardiogram.I felt that I was taking up his time and he would rather be somewhere else. I had questions but he never asked if I understood or not. Nor did I have a chance to ask before he left the room. He told did tell me the results of the test but I am not a Dr. so sat there wondering what he was talking about. He didn't put things in terms the average person could understand. He gave me a copy of the results and I learnt more by going on line than from him. He may be have the knowledge but has trouble relating to people. His staff were pleasant and kind. which is a plus. Having heart problems for the first time is scary and it would put one at ease having a Dr. whom you felt cared about you rather rushing you out of the room.

I was thoroughly evaluated by Dr. Fahoum and his team, and my questions and concerns were adequately answered. I was referred for the needed procedure (a heart balloon), and received 2 follow up calls from the clinic. Everything went perfect, and I don't have any concerns, whatsoever. I continue to be a patient with this clinic

I would not want to return there again! I have no complaints about the staff, but the doctor... Well, how can I say whether he is knowledgeable if for all my questions and concerns I got the answer "I don't know"? Literally. And then the doctor turned out and left the office without giving me a chance to understand how great he is...So, I guess for me it's a very unpleasant experience and I'll try to avoid this place and will never recommend it to anyone ((

I found the staff to be wonderful! The Dr was cold....very uncaring and dismissive! Sad , I head he was a wonderful Dr......guess not!
