Dr.Li stripped my membranes so I could start labor on my estimated due date (NOTE I had NO signs of getting into labor before she did that), I guess she did that so I could fit in her busy schedule. Talked to many other moms, nobody had the same experience as I did. STAY FAR FROM THIS DOCTOR.

AVOID THIS DOCTOR. I come from a family with two doctors, (one GP, one anesthesiologist) and two pharmacists so when it comes to healthcare I'm no stranger. I sustained a serious head injury in soccer and after a few days of feeling nauseous, headaches, blurred vision and difficulty concentrating, I decided to go to a walk-in. Unfortunately the doctor in question was Dr. Li. Not only did she not ask me any questions about my injury, she did not even check me out. She flippantly told me it was nothing serious. I'm no fool when it comes to concussions as I've had them in the past - but isn't the standard protocol to 1) ask questions, 2) check out the pupils with a light? Li did NOTHING and offered to give me a doctor's note for $10. I was outraged. I've since seen a different doctor who competently checked me out thoroughly and diagnosed me with a concussion, as I expected and DIDN'T make me pay for a doctor's note. Outrageous.

Bad doctor. Treat you as a number. Not knowledgable and not listen to you either.

I hear from one of my friends, who does not trust Dr. Li, that the Dr has a problem to diagnose properly, but I realized this when we visit her for a skin problem all over my daughter's body. Dr Li just looked at her hand's skin( Just her hand) from far away and prescribed an ointment for Eczema very quickly. My daughter had this before and we know that she is allergic to something. So I told Dr Li if it is an allergy and she promptly reject that and said "this is a reaction because of skin dryness". Anyway, after applying the ointment the allergic reaction got worse and skin started swelling up badly and my daughter was panicked. I took her to the emergency unit at the Burnaby Hospital and a Dr diagnosed her skin reaction as an allergy and prescribed Benadryl as a medication. After taking that medication, the allergic reaction was gone. Unfortunately, it seems to me doctors, like Dr Li, just put emotional and psychical problem for us and more financial pressure on the health care system in BC.

Please do yourself a favour and do not see Dr Li, she is the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life. I waited an hour and 20 minutes to see her. When she walked in, the very first thing she said to me was 'I have to leave, so make it quick'. She offered no valid explanation or apology and was totally dismissive. She didn't want to speak to me about my condition, and refused to refer me to a specialist like I requested. She gave me false information, did not seem to care at all about my health and wellbeing. I'm livid about the 'care' I received from Dr Li. I will be making an official complaint. She is a disgrace to the medical profession.

10/25/13 1 1 1 1 This Doctor is the worst doctor I have ever seen before. She doesn't care patient but her time. She treats me very rode.I had a very bad cough, and high fever, but she said my illness is normal. I repeatedly asked her to give me a prescription, but she said she doesn't do any prescription and asked me to buy any cold release medicine in any pharmacy without prescription. The following day, I want to this walk in clinic again, another doctor who is much much better than her gave me prescription right away and ask me to eat the medicine as soon as possible three time a day. So Dr. Wei li doesn't have any patience to listen to me, and very rudely interrupted me when I began to describe my illness. and then roughly finished diagnosis within two minutes. She even doesn't like to watch me. her face to the computer all the time with in this two minutes. She really doesn't deserve the title "Doctor". It is very bad experience with such kind of doctor.

She is my daughter and my family doctor. Before she moves to Brentwood clinic the service was amazing, but since she moved there everything changed. Staff are horrible. Haven’t seen any filing like that any time in my life (behind the staff you could see all files just like a kid played with them),no punctuation. The receptionist (to be fair, not all of them) are so unprofessional. She is too busy to listen to what the patient wants to say, and I usually come out wondering what happened. Hearing it’s normal and come back later if it happens is the only things I hear from her recently. I’m looking for another doctor as family Dr. I wish she stayed to be doctor instead of creating this big Walking clinic, as patient I feel she is more business woman who tries to pay the rent and rent her extra offices to other doctors, pay expenses, salaries and … There is no time to be doctor and listen to patients Off course. Sorry for her to forget her duties & respect from her patients.

Her staff have a " it is not her problem, she doesn't care " attitude. Very unhelpful.

Very disappointed; I had yellow discharge recently (for more than a week), and realized I need to see a doctor immediately to make sure whether it's an infection or not, and get treated asap. Since my family doctor was on vacation, I went to see Dr.Li. I tried to explain to her what happened, but she wouldn't even allow me to finish, and told me that what I've described was all normal, and nothing to worry about. She didn't even brother to ask how long I've had the problems, or giving any suggestions. Of course, she doesn't even brother to check. So, after all, I was "treated" for less than 1 minute with nothing. I think someone who doesn't listen and care about a patient's concern, shouldn't be a doctor.

Actually one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. Went in with a painfully sore throat and suspicions of a cracked rib, and she would barely listen to me. I explained that I'd noticed some disturbing things happening with my throat, and she looked at me like I was a moron and told me that everything was alright. Wouldn't listen to anything I tried to say, and was actually trying to back out of the door as I was asking her questions. Spent all of 1 minute examining me. I knew something was really wrong with me, because I just coughed up blood, so thanks for nothing Dr. Li. Probably going to write the clinic a letter. Just terrible.
