The greatest experiences with a Dr and his staff of all time. I am being treated for cervical instability and taken back by the personal care as well as the professionalism these guys radiate at all times. 5 stars aren’t enough for Caring Medical!

He takes on extremely complex cases and has treated my upper cervical spine multiple times as well many other body areas which have been injured over the years due to my hypermobility and tendency to push myself and overdo new activities and then suffer an injury. I love the staff there- super friendly and they really do love trying to get to the bottom of a person's pain problems. Anyone who thinks that every doctor can cure every patient is not reasonable. So I don't understand some of the unreasonable claims some people have made here. This clinic is one of the few trying to actually help patients get off the medication merry-go-round. It seems that they are more upset because clinics like this are not part of the traditional insurance system, but I can tell you that the insurance-drive system of drugs prescribing and cortisone shots is broken. The staff at Dr. Hauser's office are sincerely making a difference and offer a better alternative which I am willing to travel for and pay for out of pocket. In the end, everyone needs to decide what is right for them. All I know is that they've helped me and my family, as well as friends whom I've referred there. Maybe this will help whoever needs to hear a message of hope.

For the past 28 years this MD, has been practicing this “therapy”, not approved by FDA, no Insurance coverage, nor is it endorsed by the wider medical community...AVOID him & his clinics if you value your physical, financial and professional well-being. My experience and that of many others has been damaging, dangerous and expensive...grossly over hyped and made conditions much worse, inflicting harm where none previously existed.

....regardless of area treated, clinic or practitioner. my experience and that of many, many others (visit various doctor rating websites), is that if after +27 years...no FDA approval, nor endorsement by the wider medical community....my experience is "Prolotherapy and Stem Cell Therapy" are ostensibly an expensive and dangerous toss of the dice....For those patients who have not had a good experience or former Employees who have not had a good experience, please share your situation with a group at prolopain at outlook dot com, my experience was a damaging, expensive and horrific FAILURE, see other patients reviews here and elsewhere

Dr. Ross Hauser is the ONLY MD I have met who understands my diagnosis of Ehler's Danlos Syndrome and its very challenging treatment. I worked as an RN with a double Master's Degree in Nursing for 37 1/2 years- was University School of Nursing Faculty, have several publications and worked as a Clinical Research Nurse at a very prestigious medical school. I am so grateful to have relocated to FL only to find one of the top Ehler's Danlos experts to be here in Fort Myers. It saddens me to read viscous reviews- all of the technology required for prolotherapy treatment is very expensive whether you receive it from Dr. Hauser or some other licensed medical professional. It also often requires radiologic imaging so the injections can be safe and precise. Sadly, some of these ugly comments seem to be from people who do not understand all involved with these treatments. I trust Dr. Hauser with my very complex Ehler's Danlos issues 1000%!

An unmitigated Physical and Financial disaster...despite spending many many dollars and many visits, when problems arose my issues where roundly minimized, and ignored....However, when it came to pushing his "Benuts Supplements" and processing his payments they were fast, spot on... Avoid this miss-guided "licensed doctor"

Have had numerous areas treated over the course of almost 2 decades, and Prolotherapy has kept me going despite having hypermobility that leads me to get injuries throughout many of my joints, literally head to toe. Very grateful to know Dr. Hauser.

Without qualification the worst experience one could hope to endure; this doctor/clinic/stem cell/prolotherapy treatments are not recognized endorsed or approved by the FDA nor the wider medical community. After many treatments, is was nearly crippled, worse yet, my input and comments regarding problems i began experiencing were discounted, marginalized and largely ignored.....You have been warned, see others here and elsewhere other rating sites with similar bad outcomes

I met Dr Hauser in 2007 via a therapy referral, after being in a head-on car accident. After receiving knee surgical procedure recommendations, I decided to give prolotherapy a try. As a 20 plus year marathon runner, golfer and tennis player, I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve made because 13 years later I’m going strong! If fact, I’m coming back to get my other knee and neck done today. As the mind thinketh, so shall you be! Thanks for all Dr Ross, you’re my hero! Al DeBonnett of Chicago

    Biography

I am a Board Certified Physiatrist (aka: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist). I completed my residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Loyola Medical Center in Chicago; obtained my MD from the University of Illinois, Chicago; and my Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. I am most well-known for my expertise as a Prolotherapy doctor. Prolotherapy is the medical procedure that stimulates the body to repair painful, injured areas. I was blessed to have trained under the respected Prolotherapy doctor Gustav Hemwall, MD. He is considered the grandfather of Prolotherapy and I was truly blessed to be his apprentice at his office in Oak Park, Illinois (more on that below). Dr. Hemwall was trained by George Hackett, MD who developed and coined the term "Prolotherapy." My wonderful team and I run two state-of-the-art Prolotherapy and motion diagnostic buildings, Caring Medical Florida and the Hauser Neck Center, located in sunny Fort Myers, Florida. My practice at the neck center is currently focused on C1-C2 instability-related conditions and complicated neurological cases, as well as full-body and complex cases, such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
