Staff is not the friendist , but OK. Dr Rivera started out ok, although both of my urine samples came back tainted so it took several visits to actually get results. She decided a cystscopy was necessary, having had one before I wasn’t too worried. I wish I never agreed to it. Not only did she have three other ppl in the room, she was incredibly my rough. No numbing cream or spray, upon resistance her plan of action was to just push the scope in. I gasped in pain, and did my best not to cry. When she was done she pulled the scope out with such speed and force that I knew I would be in pain. I would be correct. The whole ride home my urethra was on fire, for the next two days I was urinating blood clots, that would plug my urethra, so I’d have to push them out to even get a stream going. After about a week the pain finally subsided. Mind you when I called to speak to her I got the run around, and dr Hennessy who was covering for her, told me I’d be fine. I’ve since developed scar tissue which has not been pleasant. I will never come back to this office.

Dr Rivera did not bother checking drug interaction with the medication she put me on and the ones I was taking. Almost caused severe heart issues

Dr. Rivera is amazing. From the second I met her to after my sling operation. I love everything about her. Very smart, very caring, very good!! I'm so grateful I went to Dr. Rivera.
