Calgary got a great one! Dr. Kaur is exceptional at her job. I am happy for her, but sad for us Winnipeggers, regarding her move out West.

Fantastic! I went to her office for the first time last week and came away very impressed. Dr. Kaur and her assistants were super friendly and knowledgeable, and they've made a clear effort to invest in the latest technology to give you the best insight possible into your eye health. The result is a educational and really quite enjoyable experience.

Dr Kaur is nothing shy of amazing! She is fantastic with my children, so patient and takes the time to explain everything. Very knowledgeable and the best (smiliest!) personality. The new Optomap is also a great tool.

I had seen Dr. Kaur on Feb 14, 2018 for the very first time, and she was amazing and very detail on to why I needed glasses. My sister & her husband had told me that she was a really good optometrist, so I gave her a go. For me not having to wear glasses for 32 years of my life, she made me feel comfortable and happy, instead of feeling miserable about having to wear them for the rest of my life. I did not have many questions, or had to question her ability only because she was very theory. She's a funny, honest, and her personality is very out going. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with their eye sight.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaur for the last 10 years. There are some ratings that do not conform with my experiences of my eye examinations with Dr. Kaur. She is an excellent Doctor that is very concerned with the well-being of her patients and also does point out the risk associated with certain procedures that are pertinent to the current condition of the ocular condition. I am a diabetic that had vision issues that were not picked up be medical Doctors and Dr. Kaur picked this up immediately referring me to Emergency Care to assess the situation of the optic nerve and also in regards to the cranial issues of which I had a past history. Dr. Kaur is an excellent Optometrist and I have full faith in her treatment and care of my ocular health.

If you have concerns regarding an eye condition , I would recommend you request a referral from your family doctor to an ophthalmologist. I had two positve experiences at Lotus with Dr. Kaur and another optometrist, but my last appointment with Kaur was unsatisfactory . She was distracted with office management issues and was in and out of the examination room several times. When I brought up my concern to her and suggested a teferral she presented teasons why the procedure could present problems. Noticing a deterioration in my vision and receiving no concrete action I saw my family doctor for a referral to a ophthalmologist. Although the referral process took time , I was told my vision was borderline for not driving and referred for surgery. Optometrists are not medical doctors and in this case a situation was allowed to worsen on the opinion of Dr. Kaur. I will not return to this clinic.
