Very friendly and caring doctor. Does not overdo tests but is quick to act if any concerns. She shows a lot of up to date knowledge and we are thankful to have her as our doctor .

Shes been my doctor since I moved to Windsor in 2006. She is helpful and knowledgeable. Makes the time to listen and sends you for the appropriate tests when needed. Very kind and compassionate and always remembers what we talked about before, and checks in on my kids as well. Very glad to have found her. Judy is awesome and the new receptionist is much more pleasant. Overall, very satisfied with her care.

Dr. Koobair is very knowledgeable. She is also very compassionate and always in a good mood which makes each visit pleasant no matter what the issue. I never had any issues with her old receptionist, got along just fine with her and she was always pleasant to me. Respect works both ways. But she is gone now and I wish she was back. If Dr. Koobair was still accepting patients, I would recommend her. I am very lucky to have her.

Dr. Koobair is a very dedicated doctor. She takes the time to answer any questions you may have and explains the benefits and side effects of any prescription she may prescribe. A very thorough physician in all areas.

Difficult to get an appointment with. Poor parking and a walk in clinic in her office makes it too congested.

Receptionist is extremely rude, very ignorant never happy and always makes you feel like you are interrupting her. As for Dr Koobair she is more conserned how she looks and if her LV boots are matching, she is best at putting things off , diagnosing your problems poorly or bot at all. Overall terrible.
