Didn't see Galberg as a patient, but as a retired dental hygienist whose office referred to him. One young patient of mine came back to office after he removed her wisdom teeth. Her incision from surgery for 8s was all the way to her 1st bicuspid???? Serious secondary infection with this aspiring ballerina who passed not long after. Doubt anyone else made made this connection re her fragile health and his butcher job.

As a last resort I was referred to Dr. Galberg for facial pain from previous dental procedure from another dentist from which pain lasted for 2 years. He didn't listen to what I was telling him of my symptoms and treated me as if I was wasting his time. His examination was very brief and showed very little interest in helping out at all. Had to correct him twice on information I gave him a few minutes previously. Basically a total waste of my time to be there and he showed absolutely no interest in even taking an X-ray. Wouldn't bring my dog to this man.

I was never scared of dentists until after Dr. Galberg. He left me with trauma over my ordeal, even 3yrs later. He did remove 3 molars scheduled to be removed, BUT he also knocked out a front tooth (NOT scheduled for removal)! He and receptionist Jeneene were both highly abrasive and rude. Had extreme difficulty trying to contact either Jeneene or Dr. Galberg after the surgery. I had to spend $4800 to fix my front tooth due to his incompetence. I did NOT receive any financial compensation from Dr. Galberg at any time, although he did send me a letter for me to sign stating that he would not be liable (seriously??). Had to make a formal complaint with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons. Am considering legal action.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Galberg. His staff was friendly enough, but I found that the one nurse was abrasive. Dr. Galberg rushed me through the consultation and post-procedure follow up, and never made me feel at any time that he was taking my concerns seriously. It almost seemed like either he was too focused on coming off as a joker or he just didn't care to entertain any of my questions. In the end, I would never recommend Dr. Galberg to someone, and especially not to someone who tends to be nervous about dental procedures. I'm not happy with the result of my procedure and I can't help but feel that had I gone to someone else, my condition and I would've been treated more seriously and I wouldn't be so unhappy post-procedure. :(

Dr Galberg is the best Oral Surgeon available, he came under recommendation to me and I am glad that I went to see him. I had day surgery under GA at the hospital yesterday for 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted. I was warned there should be pain etc, and to be honest I have not touched any pain meds I was given, I havent even touched Advil. Dr Galberg is a world class surgeon and his kind and gentle manner is very comforting for people with high anxiety. I have to say, he has turned a very scary experience around for me. Wish he was a regular dentist.

Several years ago, I needed a bone graft and 4 implants to restore my mouth. I could not have asked for better care than I received from Dr. Galberg and his staff.

I had four upper implants installed by Dr. Galberg ago and I am highly pleased with the result. At first I hesitated about accepting this advancement in dentistry, especially given that I was 72 years, but upon meeting Dr. Galberg I said, let’s do it. Because my jaw had shrunk, the doctor had to graft bone onto it to enlarge it so that the implants would hold firmly. The graft operation went without a hitch, no infection, smooth recovery. Finally he installed the implants, a job that also went smoothly. Now for the first time since my schooldays, voila – I can chew with all, 32 is it, teeth. In fact, the implants are happier than my normal teeth, they don’t decay at all. And my health insurance covered for much of the implants, so the technology is now officially accepted. Finally, the staff including the attending nurse were friendly and helpful, and the doctor himself was pleasant and thorough.
