Dr. Riche has helped me manage diabetes with insulin pump therapy since the early 90's. He is extremely smart, very knowledgeable & always up-to-date on the latest diabetes treatments. He conducts himself in a professional manner, & takes the time to answer questions & provide explanations. His patient load is heavy, so expect appointment time delays, but it is worth the wait. He is the only doctor I trust to help me manage my diabetes

Dr Riche spent at least an hour with me and my wife explaining my condition and what we could and should about it, ant why. Welcomed my questions and gave detailed, understandable answers. Very pleasant staff and surroundings.

I concur with the other comments about punctuality. I waited an hour and a half longer than my appointment time before I walked out. Who knows how long it would have been before he actually got around to seeing me. I don't expect you to be right on time for every appointment but 1 1/2 hr over means he is overbooking and doesn't care about your time. He is all about packing the office for money.

I've been seeing DR Riche for years for Hashimoto's disease because my primary care Doctor's were completely incompetent . I disliked seeing Doctor Riche because I felt in all my visits that his only interest was to listen to himself and look at the numbers on my lab work. It did not matter how I felt . He would even tell me that my complaints weren't his problem as my numbers were fine.I always felt horrible . Also , he would only test me once a year . His office informed me that, that's all my insurance would allow . Funny........ my new primary care Doctor is now testing me every three months. One year , I felt so bad , I insisted to be retested before my yearly bloodwork only to find out that I was under medicated. Just this year under the care of my new primary care doctor I found out my thyroid labs were in the hyper stage. This was 6 months before my yearly testing with Riche was due. Note my thyroid meds have not been changed since I've seen Dr. Riche . I had been on this same dosage for years and I was now going hyper. Nothing like being on Riche's once a year schedule while I battle with my health issues ! It's with great pleasure to say , "Guess who is not my Doctor anymore.! I've found someone knowledgable who actually cares , and listens !!! Who under the same insurance policy monitors me far more closely!! Good bye ....... Riche!!!!!!

I have been a patient for several years and the staff has been there for centuries and they are not the most accommodating compassionate office I have ever been in, and Dr. Riche Will always be late, sometimes two or three hours behind, but that is because he is one, so in demand and two, very thorough when he is with a patient. I have never in my 13 years of being in the healthcare industry know a more knowledgeable position then he is. I understand medical terminology and he is so bright I feel like I need to go back to school. Brilliant physician.

I was given a first time appointment the next day. Awsome staff. Love religious atmosphere. Dr is doing what i wish all doctors would do, listen, ask questions, examine then hand patient a written plan of action as not to leave room for any confusion. Sure he's not a chatty- kathy, thank goodness!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had read negative reviews and was definitely not expecting such a positive experience with Dr. Riche or his staff. Very thorough, explains everything and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend.

I waited over two hours to see Dr. Riche. They moved my appointment up to see him before he made his hospital runs and he was still late with me. Definitely not worth my time & I didn't feel like the staff cared too much about the situation either. Horrible experience.
