I should have looked at the two existing reviews before seeing this person who calls himself and endodontist. He made sure he had his money before seeing me. He and his staff left me physically and emotionally traumatized. I endured his staff's ignorance and ridicule. He displayed dangerous lack of empathy and medication knowledge when I had a severe reaction. He never took vital signs and insisted on performing root canal while I was physically compromised.

I will begin by saying this was the WORST medical experience I have EVER been a part of in my life. I would never ever recommend anyone to ever go and have a procedure by this dentist. The picture that has has been left and engrained in my mind is Dr. David Jones standing over my wife with a needle arguing with her on how poorly she was handling shots he was giving her. From beginning to end the experience was unorgainzed and non professional. I am a local businessowner and understand at times customers can hold you to a standard higher than what they hold themselves to. However, I am clearly aware that there is a minimum standard of care, in which every professional(especially those in the medical arena) should provide. This standard was never met---not close. I have never taken the time out to write a complaint before but this is for the public good. I do not want someone else to have this same experience. I have been mentally scared by this experience. An apology was never given.

The receptionist was rude and abusive. Doctor argued with me for criticizing his receptionist. A topcial anesthetic was not given before injectios, and work was started before the anesthetic was in effect, causing me great pain. I felt like I was being punished for complaining. Three times the dam in my mouth was removed for additional shots. When the work was done, he gave me no information about when or what I could eat or drink - he showed me an X ray and then just left the room. I was in great pain. The receptionist seemed to enjoy the fact that I was in pain, and said sarcastically "Have a nice day." This was the worst medical experience of my life. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
