I met Dr Keeling and his staff for the first time today, I read these reviews yesterday before my app. and after doing so I was hesitant to go. So many negative comments about him and his staff. That is NOT what my experience was. I was greeted by very friendly ,helpful staff. My app. was on time. I was so impressed by Dr. Keeling’s friendliness and his knowledge . He was thorough with his exam and explained everything to me . I felt my needs were well taken care of . I did not have one negative experience there. On a scale from 1 to 10 …I give them an 11. We need more Doctors like him.

I think Dr Keeling is fantastic! I have had ongoing psoriasis for many years and he is always very helpful and accommodating to me. He has compassion and empathy, which if you have psoriasis you know how embarrassing and irritating it can be, so having a doctor that is compassionate to your situation is very appreciated. His staff are great too, always very busy but always take the time to wave or say hello!

I am so confused by these comments. I take my 3 year old regularly for a procedure and he is incredible! So helpful, so funny and seems like he really cares. The front staff could be a bit kinder but Dr. Keeling is awesome. Big fan.

Each time I have gone I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for him to show up. He finally arrived and spent 3 minutes (no joke) with me. Each time I had a question he had his hand on the door to move on. No idea what the deal is but if this is the best NB medical care has to offer, don't move to the province. You'll likely be dead by the time he respects the appointment. The receptionists are aware of this as well as they groan when asked about it. I would hate to be them and have to cover for this guy. If he were in a city that had sufficient doctors to choose from, no one would go to him and he'd be out of business. Avoid.

My previous experience with him has always bothered me. I was referred for an evaluation of facial acne. He made me remove all my clothes and completed a full body exam of me naked. I have seen multiple dermatologists since and this has never been done. I truly believe there is concerning sexual malpractice occurring under the pretense of a “skin exam”. Do not go to this doctor. I truly believe he is abusing his authority and should have had his license removed years ago. This behavior was not and is not okay.

Dr. Keeling was very thorough in his diagnosis. Even called for a follow up to make sure symptoms were
better. I would recommend him in a second.

This guy is a quack. Doesn’t listen to his patients at all. I’ve had a skin disorder for 6 years and he pushed this medication on me that did nothing to help. Then he prescribes me a cream I said I’d already tried and didn’t work, but he says ‘well let’s try it again’. Refused my request to get it tested via biopsy and blood work. Will never be going back to this idiot again

Terrible office full of people that don’t care to give people an ounce of respect. If you don’t care to do your job correctly sell your practice.
