The doctor is horrible. Staff are stupid. You can't get an appointment for months. I had to cancel and reschedule. The doctor sent me a letter telling me she couldn't be my doctor anymore because I didn't keep my appointments. Do not go to her!

After my appointment was cancelled by their office , limited choices to reschedule until January 2018 and being put on a "cancellation list" since September and no word yet. I believe it is time to find another doctor.

Tough to get refills and responses thru My Mercy. Almost never punctual. Very slow getting prescriptions refilled.

Excellent experience with Dr. McGregor and her staff. I've been a diabetic for 16 years, but only a patient of hers for 18 months and have dramatic positive results because of it. Kudos to Karen the diabetic educator who has given smart, practical advice since day one.

Dr. McGregor is a very caring & knowledgable doctor who takes her job seriously & is very professional. She holds herself accountable as well as her patients & she is a perfectionist. She enjoys her job & it shows in the care & time that she takes with her patients.

I hate to rate her low because Dr. McGregor herself was a nice, smart lady-- but her "helper" Karen was a nightmare. I got THE worst pump training ever, she NEVER once returned my phone calls about my blood sugar readings, and she never returned medtronic's requests for refills either. I just switched doctors because of Karen, so unfortunately Dr. McGregor lost a patient over her awful diabetic educator. I would never recommend that lady to anyone in 100 years. My new doctor's diabetic educator took 1 look at my pump today and made about 3 changes that should have been done a long time ago that Karen never bothered to help me with!

Although she was treating me for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, she ignored my chief conmplaint of cystic acne which started when I started on insulin (or became diabetic). She just said to go to a dermatologist although the problem was clearly hormonal (endocrine system).
