Dr. Williams and his staff have always treated me nicely. They treat me as if I am the only person that is there at the time of my appointment. Not the same with most doctors(every one rushing here and their).Dr. Williams takes the time to listen. Remembers things from last appointments. Sends me for outside tests if needed. He is also very nice. As is all his staff. I always see the same staff members and that makes me feel very comfortable. Nora Smith

Augusta staff very friendly when I booked appt. Thomson staff was indifferent and borderline rude. Acted like I didn't have an appt and never heard of me. Waited an extra 40 minutes with no word from staff. Wasn't until I called tricare in front of them and asked for a different location to perform an ENG test that I saw the check-in nurse. Was escorted to a room immediately. Dr. Williams was a pleasant man. Explained the testing he was doing. Wasn't nearly as painful as I was lead to believe it would be. I would recommend this doctor for this testing just not at the Thomson location.

It's really terrible that when you ask a Doctor to help you with a medical device, the first words out of his mouth is "As long as I don't have to do any more paperwork." You have to wait at least 30 minutes or more before you get to see him for a visit of 15 minutes. He rushes out the door before you have had time to ask all your questions and he becomes very impatient if you have more than 1 or 2 questions and says, "Let's talk about that next visit." I just don't know whats happening to medicine these days, maybe having the government get involved will help with less demand & paperwork from the insurance companies.

went to him for three years without any relief, and finally he sent me to someone else, who did help, all he ever did was give me too much pain meds and muscle relaxers.

I know Staff has no effect on the smiley face but I must say his staff is really, really great. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and make sure you understand what ever it is that is going on at that moment. They are very polite on the phone and always call to remind you just in case you have forgotten. You can hear the hapiness in their voice that they love their job and it definitely makes a difference. CUDOS to this group.
