Dr. Arcos made big FAILS twice in 60 days in care provision fr my lower back pain. Was scheduled to have an Epidural Injection under anesthesia in late May, but he cancelled last minute to go out of town. Re-scheduled for June 18th, 2020 for the same procedure and his office called on the morning of the procedure and stated that he was "unavailable" and they were not sure when or IF he would be coming back. Now have to start all over with a new provider. Exceptionally poor professionalism. Would strongly recommend finding a different provider, as this one unreliable.

Another pain management doctor with a God complex, except this one doesn’t actually believe in pain management medication or surgery when indicated... only addiction recovery, Lyrica, and steroid injections. He took over my former pain management office and kicked most of the patients to the curb.

I got hurt when helping a neighbor in distress and ended up with a pelvic that was fractured in several places and an injured SI joint. After living in pain for over 8 months without relief, Dr. Arcos found the reason for my current disability (injured SI joint) - which was missed by every doctor before him. The physical therapy that another doctor described worsened my injury to this joint and increased my disability. I have no words for the gratitude that I have for Dr. Arcos. He clearly is an excellent diagnostician.

He made my problem worse.
He was fined for cleanliness after infections were passed to several patients.
I needed a M.D.
not a high priced chiropractor.
Told me that I was med seeking when I had turned down several prescriptions for pain meds from him and 2 different emergency rooms. I have the records to prove it because I made sure that it was listed in my records that I turned down pain meds. I wanted help from a M.D. not someone to pray for me and have his wife and office staff tell me that I was going to hell because I am a Democrat.

Dr. Arco's and his office have gone above and beyond to help me. They are compassionate, warm, caring and responsive to their patients. I can't say enough good about them. I highly recommend Dr. Arcos and his top notch staff.

Because I elected to not have surgery for an intermitent nerve pain, Dr. Arcos is very ticked off and states he can no longer treat me. I really don't believe he understands the type of pain I have. Three other doctors have given different diagnosis'. He claims that they were wrong and that his diagnosis is correct. Each time I have gone for an appointment, I have had to wait a long time. My time is valuable too. Today, a man walked out stating that he had waited over 2 hours and nobody took care of him during that time. Such a shame!
