I moved here a few years ago. Haven’t ever been please with attitude of staff. They seem to have an attitude. Then dr birch isn’t really thsy helpful. I dont feel like he has a grasp on things or he doesn’t really care.

Rude staff. Doctor doesn't care about your well being. Perfect example of why people avoid visits. Def near the bottom of his class.

Extremely unhelpful. He's only there to write prescriptions. I'm not sure if he doesn't care or if he just doesn't know much? His nurse is consistently rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks.

All the staff is friendly and helpful........except.........his own personal nurse. I found her to be rud e and crude.

I had my first appt. with Dr.Birch today. He was polite and thorough, and since I have complex medical problems I was very impressed with his thoroughness for a first appt. He also started a plan to reach goals toward improving my condition. He was serious and professional,the office is organized for efficency which is a huge plus. Also online access to records,refill requests,appointments etc. I am pleased he accepted me as a patient. Looking forward to feeling a bit better!

Moving to a new area is a big adjustment, especially finding a doctor that you're comfortable with and that will listen. I have tried several and am pleased and comforted to say that Dr. Birch will be my new physician. He did not rush the appointment, he is a good listener, he was thorough with my exam and is working hard to find a solution, and not just medicate to cover the problem. He was prompt in recommending a specialist to help in tackling the illness, and setting that appointment up. I highly recommend Dr. Birch and I am so thankful to finally find a doctor who made me feel that he was compassionate towards what the problem is and not treat me like I am just the next file on the patient roster.

Staff tend to be on the short/rude side. So far he has been a knowledgeable and good doctor. No problems with prescriptions either.

Scott Birch is TERRIBLE. Unfriendly, no personality, rude. If you are shuttled to him because other doctors at the Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic are not accepting patients, RUN AWAY.
