He is the best surgeon ever. He has beautiful blue eyes. He has performed 5 different operations on me. I love this man.

I feel Dr Kowalsky is extremely caring and his knowledge of a patience medical needs is what makes him an outstanding doctor. After all I trusted my life to him. He cleared my Carotid Artery problem and I am grateful for it. Best care in my humble opinion period!

Loved Dr. K! Would recommend him without hesitation to family and friends. Feel his knowledge and surgical skills are superior. Also found him to be a very pleasant gentleman. Sort of miss seeing him since I have been discharged from his care!

I have worked with Dr. Kowalski numerous times over the years on a professional level and I have never seen him deliver anything but the very best patient care. He is thought of as a mentor by his colleagues and really a model surgeon. My father has seen him on several occasions when he wasn't getting answers from his primary care doctor and Dr. K's staff has always gotten him right in and the doctor has always had the right answers.
