A terrible visit with Michigan Medicine Dermatology. Dr. Cha doesn't seem to believe that skin tags or ingrown hair cysts are worthy of her time and when I went to see her to have them addressed her condescending comments and terrible bedside manor left me so rattled I was not even able to have the procedure completed. This is also coupled with the "mask-mandate" policy which Michigan Medicine has adopted where, rather than being gently educated, I was scolded that I wasn't following policy. What Dr. Cha fails to understand is that what she may consider a "non-medical" condition, skin tags and ingrown hair cysts in sensitive areas can cause severe discomfort. This appears to be another case where the humanity was trained out of this physician in medical school. I'd recommend avoiding her wherever possible.
