Great Doctor, put me at ease and seemed very concearned about my health. He actually pulled out his laptop, went on line and read up on my topical Celiac symtoms right there in the exam room! He read aloud and informed of the condition and how to treat it.It was very informative. No other Dr. has ever done that and I was quite impressed. He has a great sense of humour and seemed very relaxed. I have never had a regular Dr. that I visited, but he is one I will keep! Howard Mayse

Dr. Williams is one of the best doctors I've ever been to(and sadly I've been to a LOT!)He is knowledgeable and very efficient.I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment.He is completely on the ball, savvy w/technology,trustworthy,open minded& friendly.You truly cannot get a better doctor than him in Muncie & I highly recommend him!His nurse is also very efficient and gets back to you quickly about prescription refills, etc.My one and only problem with seeing this doctor is the physicians answering service that they use. Anytime you call after hours (and including lunch!) you cant get to Dr. Williams or his nurses' voicemail,but get transferred to the answering service.The people at this answering service are completely useless.They literally cannot help you w/ANYTHING & can't even take a message, plus they're weird & rude.I wish he would have the answering service as an option for emergencies, but otherwise let you leave a voicemail.Overall he's amazing though!

Dr. Williams is very professional and efficient with a great bed-side manner. So much better than the previous doctor I saw.

He is awesome. He has a great scene of humor and is one of my favorite people EVER!!! He also knows what he is doing, and if he doesn't have an answer to ur question he will find out for you.
