My PCP recommended Dr Anna Contomitros. I found her very professional and caring. She took the necessary time to discuss my issue explaining all she wanted to do to find the problem. She even showed a human side with a bit of humor! I had the tests done and found Dr Anna and her staff very professional and polite! I think it rare in these days to encounter a Dr that genuinely cares, tells it like it is taking the time for a discussion with a patient! Yes, I would recommend Dr Anna!

I'm sure glad I didn't let this doctor touch me. That's all I have to say at this time. I only hope people reading these reviews will agree with me and the others who have rated her poorly. I want to be kind and would hope I could be...BUT I just can't find anything good to say. Please protect yourself and go elsewhere as there are certainly many reputable OB/GYN's elsewhere.

Don't go to this quack.....she put the wong pap smear results in another persons file rather than my daughters. Now....10 months later when my daughter called to make her annual apt. she finds out her last pap smear came back abnormal!! They could not find the result at first and had to call her back because they were in someone else file!!!! Now she will not make it right be paying for the lab fee of only 100.00 for a test she really needs now. My daughter had insurance back then and the test would have been covered but now she will need to pay out of pocket. I plan to picket her office....Please pass the word around as this is so wrong. Seems no one wants to take any responsiblity these days!!! Hoping and praying my baby girl is okay...her name is Dr.Anna Contomitros, MD, Woman To Woman Gynecology, 7908 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas. so pissed!!!!!!!!

It would be easy for Dr. Contomitros to become jaded with her line of work. However, my visit as a first-time patient was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. A woman who is very shy about her body and sexuality (I grew up with a strict Catholic background), I was scared to death to go in for my visit/exam. However, she put me at total ease: she was kind, a good listener, and sympathetic to both my emotional and financial needs. (I am uninsured and employed part-time, but she was willing to work with that.) The first thing she did was tell me not to be afraid, and the last thing she did was send me off with a warm embrace. A doctor with a human side? I never knew such a thing existed! The entire female staff was also kind and calming. Yes, this clinic does provide abortions, but no matter where you stand on the issue, this is hands down the best place to go for standard ob/gyn services.

I only visited her twice. One for pap exam, but She also told me I had cyst that she could take care of. I went back to her office to take out the cyst while intern was watching the procedure. Then, she ordered further exams to have mammogram because she throught my breasts were little tender. It was just right before my period came! Anyway, she told me it would all cover by my insurance because I had dual insurances. Later, her office charged me $50, so I questioned myself "Didn't she told me it will all be covered?." It was only $50, so I paid, then couple weeks later they sent me another bill stated that I was responsible for another $250. This time called her office, and the office lady told me that they made mistake. She seemed vary nice Dr., but I felt that she tend to have many unnecessary exams and she does that to educate her interns but not for her patients.

This clinic does provide abortion services (it's the first thing in the title of their website) but you probably wouldn't know it if you didn't see the website. I went with my girlfriend for some minor symptoms completely unrelated to abortion, and we got the same level of care we'd expect from a clinic that didn't provide abortion services. Another reviewer complained about unnecessary procedures and medicines, but that wasn't our experience. The doctor did suggest a $100 sonogram for a good reason, but said that it wasn't crucial to do right then and we could certainly wait until we were back home and could see our regular doctor. (We were in Vegas on vacation at the time we visited this clinic.) She didn't try to sell us any medicines. We had a couple of tests done, which were entirely reasonable. (My girlfriend is a nurse and concurred.) Also, the doctor was able to see us the same day we called, which is why we chose this clinic. My g.f. was very happy with the care here.

I have visited her a few times and she was able to help me. For the most part, she has great patience with my questions. My husband is also grateful for her, helping me recover from problems I had with other doctors.

Dr. Anna performs a lot of unnecessary procedures to fatten up the bill. She hurt me during the procedure. She & her staff are always trying to sell you something - a procedure or potion. She's not for me.

Dr. Anna is a great gynecologist and a very skilled and caring doctor. This clinic provides well woman services, it is not an abortion clinic as some idiots in the community seem intent on insisting. I went to her for assistance on issues related to perimenopause and she was very helpful. She is very patient centered and helpful. Highly recommended.

I went for a regular gynecology visit , after reviewing this doctors affiliation with St.Rose hospitals. While I was waiting in the lobby, I found out from several other patients that I was in an abortion clinic. Tell your friends!!!!!!!!!
