After initial consultation, Dr DeSouza raised serious concerns about medications prescribed by my other physicians, and promised to promptly (within 3 days) speak to 2 of my other doctors, coordinate my overall care and medication management, and contact me to confirm a new plan and ease my concerns. It has been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from the doctor. I have called his office numerous times and left several detailed messages, and have not received 1 call from the doctor. I feel the way this doctor has treated me is atrocious. He has failed to fulfill the most basic expectations of patient care.

highly thought of-------------a terrible experience. over an hour late. no discipline. his staff stinks. nice but inept. smiling but incompetent. nice but that's it. the doctor rambles on and on....says very little and never, never answers your question. his mind seems elsewhere. very distrtacted. the facilities are like a phone booth. he should be ashamed of seeing people there. very disappointing and vcery unsatisfactory. would never return.

Dr. Desouza ran over one hour late. He did not seem to listen to me but was quick to tell me what was wrong with me and prescribed many medications. He does not answer question well. He rambles and although I am a well educated person, I could not follow his tangential thinking. I would not go back. He scared me.

the patient is very unhappy---poor communicator--tiny office. displayed little interest in anything other than getting us out after he ran over about two hours. heard great things. saw very little.

Not helpful at all. All about taking medications and seemed very anxious and too quick to diagnose. Didn't respond to my questions. Would not go back. Staff not helpful

poor follow up---no call back. giggles and fails to address the questions. we are interested in actionability rather than a overly complex assessment. be simple. tell me what we should do. never returned call with a script request. had to call twice. never takes your call, even if he is not with patients. smart. mediocre communicator. please call me bryan is merely an act. poor staff.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Desouza. He was not welcoming or cordial towards me. It seemed as though he doubted my symptoms and was very abrupt in answering my questions. Although he diagnosed my MS after a couple of MRI's I felt it necessary to find an MS specialist whom I'm very happy with now.

Dr. Desouza is an amazing Dr. He helped me through many issues with TIA's and migraines. He is a very dedicated gentalman. He has a caring bedside manner and doesn't make you feel like a number. He really cares. Although you might have to wait at times (due to emergencies)but it is well worth it. He's not like some Dr.s that throw that excusse around to buy time.I know the emergencies are true I was one of them. I was taken to the er 6 months pregnant suffering from a stroke. Dr. D was there to help me through it. Not only did he save me but he also saved my daughter too. He is an awesome Dr.

After a long wait was seen by the doctor. Unimpressed. When I called back to ask a question about a script never got a callback. Called twice with no return calls from the doc or office. Cancelled next appt and went to see somebody else. Am satisfied with my new doc.
