An excellent doctor. In my opinion, the best. Very thorough. I have never had a better doctor and I am a 76 year old male. I fail to understand the criticisms below.

I have had nothing but helpful visits with Dr. Berck. I would recommend her to anyone needing excellent health care in a heartbeat. She listens, shes thorough and compassionate.

Top notch doctor, listened attentively to my health complaints, gave me a thorough exam with appropriate questions, proper diagnosis and correct treatment with medications that resolved my issues. She was concerned and sympathetic, but not a hand holder, no nonsense, energetic, efficient and a great personality to boot. She makes me feel very secure that I have in her a doctor of the very highest caliber to call on for any future problem, besides my annual checkups. Minimal wait times on each visit, attentive and professional staff and I highly recommend her.

I have changed doctors as I have no confidence in Dr Berck. Her examination was not thorough, her attitude was somewhat confrontational and when asked questions she replied with a flip, "I don't know". Without even examining me, she prescribed pain killing drugs- which had me throwing up in hours.

I was made to feel as if I was being talked down to and the she spent little time listening to me the patient before she decided to make a diagnosis which has thus far proven to be wrong, but has not attempted to try to figure out what the actually problem is. Don't waste your time or money here. I am 1000 dollars in the whole for an MRI that was done of the wrong area.

Lilla was rude. She showed no concern for my condition. She interrupted me and seemed very annoyed. She insisted I had a sleep disorder, though she spent no time reviewing my paperwork or family medical history. She insisted I do a sleep study, though I asked her to please do blood work first. She refused to do blood work, though I told her I would have to pay for the sleep study out of pocket and wanted to eliminate other possibilities first. She made me feel awful about myself. She approached me aggressively and tried to rip my paperwork out of my hands when I tried to leave the examination room. I told her she wouldn't need it. I will never go back. I was so upset. I cried all the way home. I reached out to an office manager. He seemed to not really care and sent me a bill. I saw another doctor at OSF. He diagnosed me with a thyroid disorder. I am feeling so much better. Please do not waste your time with this woman who likes to call herself a doctor, but act like something else.
