Dr. Greenwald is a topnotch doctor who provides thorough and personal care. She takes the time during your exam to explain things in great detail and answers questions. Dr. Greenwald takes a full medical history and does not simply rely on information that is in your chart. Every exam with Dr. Greenwald is thorough. Unlike many doctors , Dr. Greenwald personally contacts you regardless of whether your labs are normal or not. Dr. Greenwald called me during the evening hours to discuss my lab results and make recommendations. The office is run very efficiently and the wait time is never long. I highly recommend Dr. Greenwald and you will be in great hands in her care.

Where do I begin? So rude. Tried to force me to have a breast exam at my routine thyroid check. Belittled me for not knowing all the details surrounding my thyroid cancer results from a few years before I even met her even though she had all of my information in my patient file. Steer clear.

I have been seeing Dr. Greenwald for several years for thyroid issues and she has always been absolutely amazing. She is unbelievably bright and knowledgeable and has always put me completely at ease. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she always spends ample amounts of time discussing my issues. Great doctor!

I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Greenwald. Diagnosed me with a complex endocrine problem. She was the third endocrinologist I had seen and I have stuck with her the last few years. Never felt better. Parking at the office can be tricky but worth it.

I am full blown Hashi and one day I am Hyper and the next I am Hypo so I went for another opinion around Christmas. Well, waited three weeks for her to get back to me after I called the office 10 or 12 times in a three week period. She finally returned my call around get this almost a month after I saw her to tell me to lower my medication. After I did, I was passing out at work and went to GP and he told me my cholesterol was high and that I should see another ENDO. He returned me to my other dose and said she clearly didn't explain why she would do such a thing when all your symptoms are HYPO. RUDE AND the kicker...she asked me if I would like to stop taking one mediation or lower another other medication. She didn't take a Free T3 or she would know what medication to stop or lower. Just an idiot and can cause you harm!!! RUN!!!!!!

Dr.Greenwald performed needle biopsies on 3 enlarged nodes in my Thyroid in her office today. Classy well spoken professional. Instills great confidence in her knowlege and treatment. First time that I've had needles inserted into my neck and I was completely comfortable, in part due to my confidence in her abilities and incredible bedside manner !

I had the same experience as the other reviewer. She is rude. Had to call 3 times for my blood test results which took about 2 weeks to get and was reluctant explain those results. The office visit was rushed (took a total of 15 min. including taking of history which I already submitted before the visit. There werent even any other patients in the waiting room. She brushed off all my symptoms as being some other issue. She's not even worth the copay.

Dr. Greenwald has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. She is rude and lacks knowledge and tact. I would NOT recommend her by any means. Do yourself a favor and find someone else!
