Staff is rude and unprofessional. If you need your treatment/medication information, you really need to fight with them.

We love Dr. Sullivan! He is very nice, knows what he is doing and explains everything in a way both my child and myself can understand. He never makes you feel rushed, or that you are on a time clock. scheduling an appointment is easy and they are friendly. Our problems have been in follow up. We will make a sick call, and never get called back. (This has happened twice) We are told things are going to be faxed over, and they never are. We have to call several times before it's done. That is our ONLY complaint, but we will gladly deal with it to have Dr. Sullivan! He is up to date on all the new treatments and is a wonderful asset to the community!

I have been seeing him since Nov 2000. He is one of the best allergy/asthma specialists I have ever used. He cares and answers questions. If you have a problem you can get same day appointments. Also, you can call as late as mid afternoon and still get an appointment. Also he covers for himself 24/7 365. There is no dealing with someone you have never heard of or laid eyes on. He is also on staff at several hospitals in the area. His medical assistant is also great. She will know if he wants to see you without even asking.
