Dr. Domsic was rude, and unprofessional and certainly was a huge disappointment for someone who is supposed to be a scleroderma specialist. The staff however is very helpful.

I have been a rheumatology/scleroderma patient with the UPMC office at Falk clinic for approx 20 years. My usual physicians, one retired 4 years ago, and the other who took over for him just transferred to another department and have to say my experience with these two physicians and the rest of the staff was always positive and treated with professionalism and compassion. I saw Dr. Domsick for the first time today and was shocked at how strange her attitude was and how rude she was to me! She made me cry and never at least offered words of encouragement to me. I can't understand why she spoke so unkind to me. The staff who know me in the office saw me crying and actually hugged me at the front desk as I left. I read the other reviews and it seems like those patients had a totally different experience than I did. I'm an educated and experienced RN who is now disabled due to my serious medical problems and I can recognize that Dr. Domsick's rude comments and poor attitude were very inappropriate. Even when I began to cry, never did she try to console me or offer words of encouragement. I'm a very good patient and did not deserve what happened today. So shocking!

Dr Domsic is the best Dr I’ve ever seen. So kind, caring and knowledgable. She always takes the time you need to explain everything and return calls. Love, love her!
