It was the worst visit to a dentist in my life, The equipment looks out dated , I was worried it wasn’t properly sanitized . I should’ve left after seeing that things wasn’t up to par, The cleaning was very sloppy there was no engagement in conversation pertaining to procedure. I left feeling disgusted.

Dr.Vanessa seems often confused and has delayed treatment on my dental needs which has caused changes in my teeth and pain. She charges for everything. To get my medical records $35.00 extra cost outside my dental plans I have not paid at other dentist and more. I am left confused about the care I received.

Dr. Gordon is most the most unprofessional dentist I have ever encountered. I agree that she has a terrible "bedside manner" in that she does not make introductions when she meets you, nor does she engage in any type of conversation while she is examining you. The final straw came when my appointment was confirmed on the previous business day, I received a call WHILE DRIVING to my appointment on the next business day to see if I was coming (this was 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time), only to find out when I arrived on time that she left the office. I left my job early, and pulled my daughter out of school early so that we could make this appointment. The dental hygenist was great, so we were able to get our cleanings. I specifically asked if there had been an emergency that caused the doctor to leave. There was none - so this was just an example of being unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I absolutely refuse to return to anyone with so little regard for their patients

My visit to this dentist was bad from start to finish. My appointment was scheduled after lunch, so when I arrived everyone was on their way back from lunch and the door was locked. Ten minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the door was unlocked and I was able to come in. After I was called back, I played the waiting game for another 15 minutes before I could get my x-rays done...since this was my first appointment, I wasn't surprised, but I did think that they would have had it ready before I went back there. I then got the most painful and sloppy cleaning that I've ever gotten in my life. I ended up with cuts in my gums and a mouth full of blood. The doctor came in, said nothing to me, checked my mouth and walked out. Not even an introduction or anything. The office staff was rude and unprofessional, even talking badly about other patients right in front of me. I won't be going back. To top it off, I got a bill from them months later after I paid the amount that day.

Dr. Gordon and the staff are alway friendly and professional. They had no problems explaining the proceedures and the cost. Two caps on my back left lower side. Painless. Even after one popped off it was refitted and replaced within a week. Thanks for everything. My 12 year old Twins are schduled next.

My recent visit to Dr. Gordon for a routine cleaning was very disappointing. To begin, I waited almost two hours past my scheduled appointment time to be seen (there was no one else in the waiting room). Then, when I was brought back, I informed them that I was pregnant and the Dr. left me waiting in the chair for 15 minutes. She returned and said that she would not be doing x-rays because of my pregnancy (she should of known that right away and should not have had to check). Then, the Dr. proceeded to give me the most unthorough cleaning I have ever had. On checking out, I was charged $10 for an OSHA fee, which is not a charge I have ever seen anywhere else and was NOT EXPLAINED to me when I setup my appointment nor when I checked in. Needless to say, I will be switching dentists due to the unsatisfactory care, unpleasant office experience and deceptive billing practices. I have no faith in this doctor's abilities and am glad I only needed a routine cleaning (no real issues).
