They never seem to have a dentist that wants to work all day. If the dentist wants to leave early they will just cancel your appointment. They did this 2 me 3 times!! The day of the appointment!! They do not care about their members at all!

Ok. I'm a very picky, very busy, fearful patient before finding this office. All of my previous experiences were full of rude impatient doctors that seemed to care more about getting you out of their chair than anything else. Not to mention poor overall service. Now I was NOT so confident about the exterior of the building but I'm glad I overlooked that. As far as a previous post this office ALWAYS, answers the phone, they call the day prior to confirm your appointment, they greet you when you arrive and are ALWAYS punctual. In fact this is the only office I go to that gets me in and out in 30 minutes or so. Dr. Jack is a wonderful dentist. He is very patient, very knowledgable, and considerate of each patients situation. He offers you the opportunity to observe what he's doing to help ease your concern. He lets you know about what he is doing so you won't have to wonder, I am sooooo happy I found him. Best thing is, they are 5 minutes from my house. I am grateful.

My family and I are patients of Dr. Jack. He is such a wonderful dentist and extremely knowledgeable. He is very helpful and pleasent. I'm happy we found this dentist.

I began treatment in this office in 2007. I thought I was receiving great dental care and actually felt bonded to my dentist. However, I continued to experience discomfort and pain after receiving dental care. I had a root canal four months after receiving my bridge. I was recommended for a second root canal in the same area. I was told by the endontics to return to my dentist. Bottom line I was evaluated by another dentist and the worked that I received at this office has to be redone. I would not recommend them after my bad experience.

I have been going to this doctor for over 20 years and have always found Dr. Maloney to be most helpful, professional and kind. He always discusses all the problems you have or might be getting. He spends all the time necessary and never sounds rushed or irritated with questions and concerns. His staff is always helpful. Use this dentist with complete confidence!

My family has been using this dental practice for the past couple of years, and find Dr.s Maloney and Choi to be very professional and informed. Their chair-side manner has always been friendly and attentive. You never feel as though you are being rushed. The dentists take all the time needed to make sure your questions are answered. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr Maloney spent no time examing me, did not answer simple questions and did not seem to concern himself with patients. Hygenists were not great, and one was loud and rude. *I do not recommended for children of any age, as Dr. Maloney does not show much experience or knowledge with children's dental health. Office looks "new" but feels dirty to me and the instruments did not smell right. And finally the receptionist is never at the desk and rarely answers the phone (personal experience, during my entire visit, she stood elsewhere in office and gossiped while patients were waiting at the desk).
