Without question, the worst dentist I have ever seen in my life. Arrogant, condescending, unhelpful. The worst bed-side manner, and apparent poor knowledge and skill set. Run away people, as fast as you can. Truly awful.

I received pre-authorized coverage for all services under Indian Affairs before booking. None of the problems I booked for were ever dealt with - two teeth needed filling - never done, one tooth near gum line needed filling due to exposed nerve - never done. They refused to service me until I signed a blank service form. Due to severity of the pain I had no choice but to sign. They required me to book two appointments (unnecessary) 1 for examination (could have been performed at time of service) and 1 for the service work. They gave me a cleaning and applied a past to the gum line which lasted less than two weeks (still in pain). Now they are trying to bill me for $160 claiming my pre-authorized plan did not cover the services. All treatment costs were cleared and authorized prior to services being rendered or I would have gone elsewhere ( now wished I had). Stray clear of these greedy and unscrupulous people.

Wonderful Dentist. Very kind and knowledged. Highly recommended to anyone searching for a good honest Dentist. Great staff. Loved Melissa and Samantha both assistants were very caring and very helpful. Dr Fitzner took the time with my children to make them feel comfortable. Thank you Dr Fitzner. Great job!!!

I worked for Dr.Fitzner and he is an amazing dentist. He graduated in June 2008 but you would not be able to tell by his level of knowledge. He always works his hardest to give his patients the best treatment he can. He is very friendly and outgoing and anyone who is looking for a dentist should be his patient!!

Dr. Gibb Fitzner is the best dentist i have ever had from childhood. He started my treatment after a thorough examination and he explained it clearly. He planned the number of visits required and the order of treatment, during the first visit. The treatment was almost painless and the waitng time is rarely five minutes. When an appointment got delayed his assistant informed us an hour before the appointment. Amazing in treatment, equipments and care. My level of anxiety has reduced so drastically. Wow !! The amount paid for every visit depends on the treatment. The insurance covers 50% orthodontics and 80% for basic treatment. For example he charges $600 for the crown. His treatment is really worth the cost. Insurance really saves money though.

Great young Dentist. He is mentored by Dr. Gibb. He is fitting me with a crown right now and will be placing a dental implant in the next few months.
