Several visits are needed to get anything completed at this office. Sorry ... not using vacation days nor able to take multiple portions of days to get work completed = exam one visit, minor dental work another visit, cleaning parted into two visits for one cleaning event = Crazy. Wish our previous dentist did not have to retire - he would get this all of what was mentioned above completed in one visit - 2 to 3 hours depending on what you needed from the annual 'routine' visit and you are all good until next year. Convenience to the customer is not considered here.

My first impression of Dr. Craven was fine. After my 3rd cleaning at this clinic, I will never return though. The hygienist had me crying during my cleaning. She was so ruff. Later, she called the dentist in and said I had a chipped tooth. She had chipped my tooth, and that's why my cleaning had been so painful! Unfortunately, when I confronted the dentist about it, he never would admit that she might have done this. He then read my X-ray wrong, and said he would give me the benefit of the doubt and fill my chip. Won't be returning for my free filling in fear something else terrible will happen. Seeking a more professional dentistry staff.

Our family has received dental care from Dr. Craven for a number of years. The staff at Olds Family Dental are efficient, friendly and caring. The hygienists are well experienced and gentle. Dr. Craven replaced a bridge for me last year and improved my bite at the same time which has almost completely diminished my tmj problems. I would recommend Dr. Craven to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I initially met Dr. Kraven when my child had an emergency and our dentist was on vacation. He was so kind and gentle with her that we soon switched offices. We have been very impressed with the quality of treatment we have received at this office from Dr. Kraven, the dental assistants, techs and office staff.

Kyle took care of my oral health for about a year while I lived in Olds. He did my veneers, and was absolutely wonderful to me. It also helped that my dental hygiene was impeccable and that I take care of my teeth on a regular basis. I never wait for a problem to develop because I take care of it with my dentist immediately.
