The last time I saw Dr G was when I brought my son in for what I believed to be an ear infection (fever/pulling at his ear/history of ear infections). Dr G was the only dr at the practice with openings. He looked at each ear for about 1/10 of a sec and walked out the door with out a word. A nurse came in 10 min later saying we could leave. I asked if he saw an infection, she looked at the chart and said no. That night, my infant son's fever spiked to 104. The Urgent Care dr diagnosed double ear infections and gave an Rx for antibiotics. I can handle rude if I must, but not mistakes. There are too many good doctors in the area to settle for him - which I will never do again.

I had 2 appointments with this doctor - I sat in the waiting room over 45 minutes after each appointment waiting to see the doctor.

Dr. Gresham needs to work on his people skills. He was the pediatrician on call twice when I took my infant in for ill appointments, and he was very rude. He even made me feel stupid when I asked a question about taking care of my daughter's ear infection. He just walked in, no introduction or questions, looked in her ears, held her down while she was screaming, said it was an ear infection, and walked out. The nurse gave me all the other information I needed. I was willing to forgive him once, but the second time it happened, my husband came with me and he acted the same way. Why work with kids if you don't like being around people? When I call now, I specify that I am willing to wait to see anyone else besides him. The last time I said I'd rather see anyone in the practice but him, the receptionist said, "I don't blame you." Guess it's not just me.
