I don't know how to rate his knowledge because he lied. He said he had removed a callous. He said the pain I was continuing to feel from the hard callous I could still feel on my foot was sensitivity from the removal and it would subside in a few days. What really happened is he didn't want to take the time to properly freeze the area and completely remove it. He said the callous was a bone! I have had this procedure many times before and I told him freezing would be required. He scraped it a bit until inevitable pain occurred, said it was completed, refused to freeze it and falsely claimed it was removed. He has a very sweet demeanor but is dishonest. It was a complete waste of time and money. I will get it properly done next week by someone who is not dishonest and then demand my money back from him.

Dr Lee is very patient and willing to listen to my concerns. Willing to provide second opinion and helpful advices. Highly recommended.

Doctor was very helpful and kind. In the end, my foot Condition was resolved! Would highly recommend you him for your feet care!

The worst customer service from staff. Not helpful at all and not willing to listen or provide required paper work for insurance reimbursement. Too bad, Dr. Li is quite a nice person, he is helpful and takes time to explain what you need to know or want to know. However, I would avoid this clinic if I could due to the staff, both locations. They are rude and unhelpful.

Seems uncomfortable w patients/people in general. His cure-all is an expensive pair of orthodics. Shared office w general MD so there is confusion with which receptionist to check in with. However there is no confusion when you have to pay.

The office staff would not give me the doctor's registration # and therefore I was not able to claim the expense with my Extended health plan. I have never experienced this before!

Didn't help my son or me much on our foot problems. Didn't take time to examine and explain to us.....ordering a pair of orthotics seems to be most podiatrists' interest on the patients!! Very disappointing.

The worst customer service, is all I can say. I have not seen Dr. Li, he might be a good doctor but the receptionist and other staff are so rude and unhelpful.

He tried to sell the custom insole and very over charge his service which is compare the other Podiatric doctor by $60.
