I have never had a problem with my feet after seeing Mark James.
Just found out he has retired. I’m sad that I didn’t get one more appt to make one last pair of orthotics.
I have been using the same ones in my shoes for about 18 years. Thank you much and HAPPY RETIREMENT TO YOU.

He doesn't give the most effective treatment so you will have to keep returning to him. Do your research.

I'm new to the area and Dr. Jones was recommended to me by my optometrist. He was very personable, knowledgeable and made recommendations/corrections without being opinionated. Thankfully he also understands that some of us need shoes that are both supportive and look good at the same time and had some great shoe recommendations! I look forward to my follow-up visit!

I was kind doubtful when I first saw Dr, Jones. He is a down to earth doctor and did not beat around the bush. On his advise I had my first custom orthotics done ten years ago and had another pair one done five years ago. They help me to restore back to my normal activities. Really grateful to him. I highly recommend him

Would you go to a doctor who fires his patient and it was not the patients fault.? Well thats what Dr. Jones did. His staff mess up my appointment and I drove all the way from Ladner to White Rock. To say I was not pleased. I was told I would have to wait an hour. I said no. He then told me he did not want me as a patient. The following day his receptionst apologized. I was willing to let it go. Still he did not want me back

He fired me as a patient. Not my fault. His staff messed up my appointment. Drove from Ladner to White Rock. No apology.

It was my first visit with Dr Jones today he is such a wonderful doctor and advises what shoes are good to wear. He took great care of me and would recommend him to family and friends. He completed my procedure with no pain and keeps you posted of what he is doing and how to prevent it in the future. His receptionist is very nice and helpful
