Dr. Kitai is a superb doctor, caring and knowledgeable.

Hard to be a GP because you need to know such a wide variety of medical information and not be afraid to use resources to help your patient, be it attentive consults, medications, tests, referrals. I am thankful to have Dr Kitai who has provided me always with excellent medical care and support. She is a rare gem.

Dr. Kitai is the best doctor I have ever had. I am not even exaggerating. She comes to the homeless shelter I stay in weekly. I was a victim of police abuse and abuse from a psychiatrist at CAMH where I was misdiagnosed. She listens to me when I talk about my mental health and is referring me to the appropriate counselling. You don't find such kindness and empathy easily. I feel blessed to have met her. She will go out of her way to help you. She goes that extra mile most people wouldn't.

I have been with Dr. Kitai for some time. My specialist wanted a new referral from my family doctor since I was away for more than 2 years, I explained how badly I need this referral to her staff and offered to come everyday to for any cancelation to see her. Her staff insisted on 3 months appointment., I called hoping I get another appointment with no luck, oh well, I went to a walk-in clinic and I was referred the same day .. I saw my specialist in a week or two , we cheered and hugged . he singed my documents and wished me success. 3 months later I went for my appointment with Dr. Kitai. waited for an hour or more, I was expecting the same "welcome back, good to see you stuff" and all she was interested in is to order every blood sample she can get away with (which I never asked for) and referred me to another specialist who doesn't know anything about my case, I pretended that I'm very grateful for her help and never came back.

Dr. Kitai has been a real saviour for my mom. In the midst of Covid, she made a house call after my mom had a stroke. She has been extraordinarily responsive all hours. She'll do anything on behalf of her patients. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I had to respond to comment below. Dr Kitai has looked after me and my family for over 20 years. You cannot find a more thorough competent doctor...based on current knowledge, she listens, she cares. Our family is so fortunate to have her look after us. And her team is wonderful.
