I’ve been a patient of hers for over 10 years. Whenever I have questions, she answers them. If I need time to speak to her, she makes it. Same goes with her staff. They are all extremely friendly. I may be a bit biased but I treat them good, and they do the same for me.

Steve her assistant is the only solid help in that place. She has changed her office 4 times in the 1.5 years I've seen her, always has me waiting at least an hour if not longer, and some times just decides she wants the rest of the week off causing you to wait 32+ days for a refill. When visiting with her during consultation she's asks how your doing every time and even if you're having issues she says it'll be better and walks away. How can it take so long to be seen when she spends 3 minutes max in the room with you. She's a joke of a doctor.

This Dr. is a God send and the only reason her punctuality is not good is that she is so terribly overbooked. So many need help and she is not able to be cloned.

I was hesitant to go into another pain management. I have continuous low back and radiating leg pain. I was at another pain management and was reluctant to treatments due to pain and high cost. Dr. Agha's clinic was near and I decided to call. The staff was nice but I was still reluctant. I have been here almost six months and I don't regret the change. The staff is good in a way that they will work with you and Dr. Agha is blunt. She tells you how it is and I admire that, no ****ting. I can say that I have been to several pain managements but I feel this is the best option I have made.

I've been treated by Dr. Agha for two years. During this time, she has become very tough on me. What I mean is, she doesn't spend hardly any time with me as far as consultation goes, and she doesn't give me advice when I seek it. On my last visit, I reported that I had been hospitalized for pneumonia. When Dr. Agha finally arrived at the examination room to which I was assigned, she started shouting at me because I had gained weight and because I had pneumonia. She then admonished her staff, instructing them not to allow me to see her on my next visit if I don't bring any medical records with me. I've done everything Dr. Agha has asked me to do in the past, but this time her behavior and demeanor were uncalled for. I was also told she doesn't accept Medicaid, but I noticed that at least one patient that rated Dr. Agha used Medicaid. Isn't obtaining medical records the responsibility of the Dr. that wants them? I've given written permission for Dr. Agha to do so, but I won't be back.

Dr. Agha is a sweet lady who understands the pain of aging and injuries. I would recommend Dr. Agha to any one. She has a variety of helpful solutions to pain management. She is great. Wait times are minimal. I am usually in and out in 20-25 minutes.

Every time I go to Dr. Agha's office, I am always greeted by the same friendly staff. Dr. Agha is always very nice and has been very helpful in treating my back. I will continue going and recommend her to to others in a heart beat. I recently went to the new office in Lewisville, which is much better than the old one.

Have been going here since 2005 and feel that I am receiving very good care. Dr. Agha is both personable and professional. She has helped me a lot with my back and leg problems. Overall, my quality of life is better than before. My husband also is a patient after he got into a car accident. We are both satisfied with our care.
