Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr Seeger is a kind and caring physician. He could have done well in a practice in a city making the big bucks but he is dedicated to rural health care and improving the standard that care. He cares very much about his patients. He may seem brisk at times but I think that is because he is so tired because just a few doctors share the calls of a county to provide healthcare round the clock. He tries to make a difference and I appreciate him for that.
