If I were to assign a rating, this group would certainly fall into the negative spectrum. My encounter with them left much to be desired, and I cannot in good conscience endorse their services. I would advise considering other options, as there are several establishments that provide a more satisfactory experience. Even widely available retail chain alternatives prove to be more appealing than this particular group. Notably, the disenchanted attitude of the staff further underscores the subpar nature of this place.

I was not pleased working with this doctor. Somethings
off. I definitely did not feel uncomfortable. Very awkward situation. I would not recommend seeing this Optometrist.

I had my eyes checked today and it was a great visit, the staff was awesome and the Dr was very professional and polite, he was very easy to talk to and made me very comfortable during my visit and explained everything as he went along. No complaints here.

Dr Laansoo gave me an incorrect diagnosis of glaucoma over 15 years ago. This.

Dr Laansoo made me think that I had glaucoma 15yrs ago when I was 55 yrs old. He told me that I had the type of optic nerves that were susceptible to developing this condition. He showed no empathy and only said, whenI asked, if there was any treatment..He said it would slow the progress but I would eventually lose my sight. I was devestated and this ruined

affected 5 years of my life. I was terrified before every eye exam. I still have not developed glaucoma so all the anxiety could have been avoided. I should have done this review long ago as it may not be applicable now but I can’t recommend him.

I was actually referred to Dr Laansoo by my ophthalmologist and am now bringing my entire family to this clinic. What impressed me was the thoroughness, he has every machine for every part of the eye and takes just absolutely amazing records. I know exactly what stage my glaucoma is at and never feel like I'm being managed by "by my opinion" (if you know what I mean). I love that Doctor Laansoo makes me a part of my own care.

This physician missed my parent's glaucoma even though he had done peripheral field tests and examined them with clear reports of visual changes. A second opinion from another place revealed the issue. Vision had been lost in the interim. I was more than disappointed and could not recommend the clinic.

I have no real complaints about the staff, except that they way they run their buisness is a little shady. I have been going to him since he was a brand new optometrist and have paid on par to what i would pay in other clinics (around $85) at my last appt. they asked me if i wanted some special test done...BUT, neglected to inform me that it would cost an extra $50!!! I was shocked when i paid my bill and when i questioned why it was so much, they said it was because the machine was expensive and it was to cover the cost. WHAT!! They were so dismissive and really didn't care that i felt taken advantage of. AND, now i am even more annoyed that I have to change doctors!!
