Can not say enough good things about Dr Jackson. Yes I have had to wait, only because emergencys have came up and I was just there for a Dr appointment. Totally understand, if it was me and I needed a neuro surgern I would hope one would be there for me as he has been for others. He treated me kindly and with knowledge. His PA's are excellent. They are there for me when Dr is in surgery. I rate his office staff and his PA's highly. Have No complaints at all. He is been a kind and helpful to me and to my husband also. 3 surgeries on me and 2 on my husband all successful.
