Long wait, rude receptionist, under-par service and treatment. Not worth going back and wouldn't recommend.

Visited her office in February 2014. She is very thorough and has excellent bedside manner. She listens to you and truly understands any concerns you have.

Dr Otero is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She explains issues in a concise, easy to understand manner and is open to questions and discussion. There is no arrogance or ego. The staff is very competent and the office visit is a positive experience.
