Always rushes through appointments. I never feel he has done a thorough check of my skin (I am high risk). It is very obvious he prefers to occupy himself with cosmetics as that's where the money is.

Went to see this dr. Because my family doc recommended. He saw me for total for 30 second and didn’t even make eye contact and left. I had so many questions and the assistant said to look at the website and wrote down a website address on a piece of paper. His office called to book a follow up appointment. Went in with the questions and concerns, he came in many minutes late and kept talking to his assistant, rudely asked why do I care about how’s and why’s I should just use the cream he’s telling me to. Super rude. Never going back. Do not recommend him to anyone. Unprofessional and extremely rude.

Very rushed. Was in the room for about 1 minute and then he left his assistant ? resident to do the biopsy. Wasn’t sure if she even understood what she should biopsy. They don’t call negative results - only positive. You should follow up to make sure they actually got a result back.

All appointments I've had with him are very rushed. Getting any test results is almost impossible and you are constantly need to chase them.

I have several experiences with Doctor Adams:
1. Went to see him for my acne. He prescribed me Accutane (well his nurse did it). I saw my skin clear up but after a couple of months the results wore off. I scheduled another appointment with him (again took 6 months) and he prescribed me Accutane again. Again the results wore off. I went and saw him a third time for my acne and he prescribed me Accutane again... AGAIN the results wore off. This time I decided to not go back for my acne and to solve it myself.
2. Went to this clinic in hopes of getting laser treatment on 2 small scars. Initially told it would be $50 each by one of the doctors there but when I returned months later they told me it would be $250. I received 5 treatments (each treatment was $250) and it didn't work. It was not until my 5th (and for my final treatment) where one of the assistants (unsure? what to refer to as) asked if I was seeing results. I told her "No" and she notified the woman who would be giving me the laser treatment and they "turned it up". My two small scars are still very noticeable after 5 laser sessions.

Overall, Doctor Adams is a brilliant doctor but he honestly doesn't care about his patients. He clearly doesn't have the patience or time to speak with each patient. He is LITERALLY in the room for 10 seconds and leaves having his nurse fill out the prescription. It is ridiculous with the amount of time having to wait for this appointment. I had nothing solved at this clinic and I recommend you go somewhere else if you are in need of solving acne issues or having laser treatment.

I had to wait for more than 6 months to get appointment with him. When I met him he seemed to be in rush. He didn’t even talk to me for more than 30 seconds and told his nurse to write the prescription. His nurse was also not friendly. Looked arrogant. I had very bad experience and disappointed. I don’t recommend this clinic.

After waiting 8 months to get into see Dr. Adams I was quite dissapointed in the appointment to say the least. Poor bedside mannors, appeared to be too rushed. Maybe due to overflow of patients? I like to think less is more, but not in this case. Stood up the entire time, didn't even bother to sit down. Pushed accuntane right away which I refused. Nursing staff not very friendly. Wouldnt reccomend this clinic.

Dr Adam's is a kind amazing doctor. His nurses are exceptional. Would highly recommend this clinic.

This doctor knows all the latest medical info and is very easy to talk to. Staff are efficient and friendly.

Sometimes takes a while to get an appointment, but once you're in, service is good.
