The doctor was very knowledgeable but dealing with his rude and foul assistants Kim and Renee is enough to send you to another doctor, unfortunately this is the only doctor for my situation!!! The Dr needs to be made aware of these 2 but since they seem to control everything and abuse all the patients, they never return calls!!!!!!they probably will never get reprimanded.

very good doctor. Staff, especially Renee and Kimberly need to be trained on how to address patients with compassion, care and not be rude. If they were more like the doctor things would be much better.

This pertains to the staff, I waited for over 2 days to get a call back and they wanted me to wait 2 months to get in to see Dr Oro with no help at all, I told them I was in pain and she said she cannot help me!! Lousy customer service, I will be seeing another doctor! This specifically pertains to Renee Dr Oro's assistant.

Dr. Oro is great. Takes the time to explain things clearly. Answers all my questions. His staff, on the other hand, is not good! They are rude, condescending and never follow through with the things they are supposed to be doing. They are extremely ignorant to the specific neurological conditions he treats, which can lead to a very bad situation after a surgery. I was dismissed by his staff when I called to ask some questions. I had to call another doctor instead and learned from him that my concerns were very valid and there were some problems that needed to be addressed. Dr. Oro is very good, and I would recommend him, but if you decide to see him, you just have to be aware of the staff.
