The staff are horrid. Dr Gales has mis diagnoses 2 people that I know. Was his patient for 25 years. Thank god I didn't have anything serious.

Thorough, good listener, his office staff is friendly. Preventive health recommendations were encouraged.

Unknowegeable, nurse are rude and diagnose on the phone. won't let you speak to the Dr. and you NEVER get the results of tests !!!!!

Very pleasant experience. All of my concerns were addressed and he spent plenty of time explaining things. Office staff is great!

HIS YEARLY PHYSICALS LAST NO MORE THAN 15 MIN. HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE YOU CHANGE INTO A JOHNNIE.DOES NOT GIVE AGE APPROPRIATE EXAMS.(EXAMPLE PROSTATE,BREAST ETC.) DOESNT CHECK WHEN YOU ARE ON MEDS FOR BLOOD PROBLEMS ETC
