The doctor was brisk but knew what he was talking about and when I explained my problem took the time to explain it longer. The staff was nice.

We went to see Dr. Ngo to find out why he changed medication without letting his family know. He knew that our son had a problem with changing medications before but, he did not take the time to tell his family. He apologized to me but that does not bring back my son. I would think many times before I went to use this MD or have a member of my family use him.

Dr. Ngo is very rude and terriable with clients and their family. He was the doctor at the hospital and we stuck with him but I can't wait to get someone else for my mom. I don't even know why he is a doctor because he doesn't care about his patients.

Dr. Ngo is impatient, rude,not perosnalized, unorganized, and all he cares about is money. Never again will I go to see him. Receptionist needs to learn how to speak english and not hang up on me on the phone. He will charge $50 if you cant make an appointment even for an emergency. Cash only!! Very inconvienent! I would not recommend him. I do not understand how he is stil practicing. People should be able to feel comfortable when visiting a psychiatrist, that is not the case here.

Billing charge is $175 for 10-15 minutes. I will be leaving his practice after two years with him as he apparently does not remember my information even when given my file. He has been rude to me on occasion and discussed case information with third party, which is illegal. Dr. Ngo was very helpful in helping me reduce medication, but is afraid to write prescriptions for certain drugs, stating that the DEA was cracking down on physicians with questionable prescriptions. A Pdoc who is unable or unwilling to help a patient who needs medicine borders malpractice

Definitely only interested in financial gains. I went to him for a year and a half and never felt like he truly cared about my situation. He was merely there to prescribe medications to me. When I did ask for help, he was very unwilling and almost offended that I would have the gaul to participate in my recovery. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

He almost KILLED my husband. This doctor should not be practicing medicine. My husband moved here from California and we chose him through Aetna's manual. He assessed my husband in 12 minutes and told him he didn't have anything wrong even though my husband has suffered with bipolar disorder for over 15 years and has Schizophrenia even though he shows no signs of it for now five years on abilify, celexa and xanax. We told the doctor that he needed a change a new psychiatrist. He ignored my husband as he was talking. He was rude and when my husband was explaining his condition he didn't ask any questions. Then after 12 minutes he gave him a script and showed him to the door with a new script. He told him he was going to take him off all the meds and give him new medicine but never assuring him at all. The receptionist was rude as well and then my husband went into a huge manic episode and depressive state where he was lost and gone. He has still not recovered.

Dr. Ngo received and answered txt messages during appointment. Rolled his eyes when told suicidal thoughts were experienced on zoloft by patient. Then wrote a Rx for zoloft the following visit but children objected to its use / next visit Dr. INSISTED patient take the zoloft and use Xanax to come down from any bad feelings he might have. So my recently widowed 85yr old father with a known problem w/this particular medication and who lives alone is being monitored by his out of state children via the phone and guess what... He is having suicidal thoughts but wont stop the meds cause Dr. told him to continue... HOW INCOMPETENT do you have to be to lose your liscence?

Dr. Ngo was the ONLY doctor we found to be at all helpful. Really felt that he was concerned compared to other physicians and he listened. Recommended an excellent primary care physician.
