Had me keep coming back several times but my problem was never resolved. Said I needed tubes in my ears but never was performed after several visits to office.

I had nasal surgery about 10 yrs ago but didn't take. Dr. Congdon was sure he could fix my breathing issue with his technique. I was using Afrin every day in order to breathe and not breathing was really affecting me. I did the surgery and so far everything has been great. I will know more as time goes on but it has been 6 months and good. I would recommend this surgery, but as always make sure it is right for you.

Thanks to Dr. Congdon I can breath through my nose and my allergies are less severe than normal. In 2019 i had a deviated septum corrected, and their staff was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process!

I took my 80 year old mother to Dr Congdon for a basal cell consult. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail to both of us. He even noticed that my mother was hard of hearing so he spoke loud enough for her to hear him.
He did a wonderful job of removing the cancer.
His staff members were all very professional, helpful and courteous as well.

I went in for a possible broken nose and the staff was not friendly and the dr spent maybe 2 mins in the room for what I am sure cost me and my insurance 200+ dollars! Will not be returning!

So when I read the reviews I was a little nervous to bring my little girl to him to get tubes.

I AM GLAD I WENT TO HIM! Dr. Congdon and his staff were AWESOME!

He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. His staff is also awesome. They followed up on us frequently to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything.

Great experience and I highly recommend him. He has made a lifelong customer (should we ever need him again!) and advocate!
