Average wait time >2hours. Average time spent with Dr. Schwartz 5 mins. Sees drug reps between pt appointments while patients are waiting over 2 hours. Poor follow up and medical management. Incompetent staff. Rude and unprofessional.

The typical wait time is 3 hrs. Her office staff is rude and stupid. Go elsewhere-these people are a nightmare.

Dr. Schwartz herself is not a bad physician, however her staff is a reflection of her and they are awful in every way. Also she is not only never on time, but I have never waited in her office for less than an hour when I have an appointment and in some instances have been there over 3 or 4 hours just waiting. I have called in for prescriptions sometimes up to 5 times before they were called in to the pharmacy and it took over a month before they sent me my medical records when I requested them in writing. I do not recommend her for those reasons. Her staff is way beyond incompetent and inconsiderate and rude. I would go somewhere else if you can.

I was very surprised to read all the negative comments re. Dr. Schwartz. I have been seeing her for 14 years and find her to be kind, generous with her time and proactive concerning my health. I to to her as a gynecologist and she always treats me well, with respect and has also found a thyroid condition that no other doctor had noticed.

Don't go here - plain and simple. I too waited over an hour to see her, stuck in this small exam room. After an hour, I just got dressed and left. Went to someone else. If she can't keep up her appointments, she shouldn't overbook herself - I guess she needs the money :-(

Being fairly new to going to specialized doctors, I expected to be in the doctors office a good two hours to fill out paper work. My visit to Dr. Schwartz caused me to wait a good 3 hours. While I was in the office three drug reps were allowed to see the doctor before any patients were admitted. Once I was seen, her bedside mannor was not very personable, but this too was alright for me as I was not looking for a "best friend". When my companion asked about an alternative drug, we were immediately shot down. Post the visit I needed my blood work sent to my primary care Dr, however his receptionist was told that I had never been to Schwartz's office. When I called to find out what was going on, I was put on hold for about an hour, then was hung up on. I called back to be told that no one had been on hold and I had not talked to anyone there, from the same person who originally put me on hold! Needless to say I will not be returning, or recommending Dr. Schwartz or her office.

She could be the worst doctor ever. She lost my blood test results and blamed it on a turnover in her staff. I re took my blood test and still have not heard from her. I am seriously considering reporting her for medical negligance. Don't use her I am looking for a new doctor.

I rate this doctor as extremely poor. I am undergoing a procedure for Breast Cancer and need some information from her and cannot get a call back. You could be sure if I owed her something she would call me. Don't go to her unless you want to be treated poorly. Her office staff are as dumb as can be with not a clue of what is going on. Go to another doctor this one should lose her license

I was sent to her by my primary family physican, Dr. Clair Koch of Farmingdale. This appointment, April 23rd, was only my second visit. I arrived at 9:03am, for a 9:30 appointment. I was placed in an examination room, with my wife, at 9:30. The door to the hall was left adjar, so we could see the entire hallway. We never observed the Doctor in the hall or going to other patients. We were never told she was late. As far as we could tell, she never arrived. We left at 10:45am. I could not, in good conscience, recommend anyone to her. I found completely unprofessional. I took the day off from work to have test done, but I,m not going to let any Doctor treat me this way. Went to her for 2 years. When I called and asked her opinion about a medication another dr. had recommended I take, she became rude and short-tempered. Needless to say, I left and found another doctor.
