I have put up with this doctor for 2 years now, trying to manage my thyroid problems. Now I am pregnant, and took a blood test almost THREE WEEKS ago. I have been calling the office for the past 2 weeks to get the results, because I feel so tired and have gained too much weight for the amount of time pregnant. I called the office FIVE times. Nobody calls me back until tonight, at 9:30 pm, Dr. Schwartz calls me back and leaves me a message saying that yes, indeed, my levels are low and I will need more medication. Being low while pregnant can cause miscarriage, stillbirth, and brain deficiency, but I guess Dr. Schwartz doesn't care about that. I have never been to her and waited LESS THAN 2 hours to see her, and then she would spend about five minutes with me. WORST DOCTOR EVER. I am going to find someone new TOMORROW. And I assure, if anything god forbid happens to screw up my pregnancy, I am going to sue her for malpractice.

The doctor is incompetent in treating anything but the basics. Her manner leaves alot to be desired and her capacity for thinking is highly limited. The competence issues are beyond belief - I am waiting for a prescription to be issued for 2.5 weeks! After waiting an entire week for her call, when asking question she actually said "I just don't care" in response. Beware!

Waited over three hours for my first appointment. Found the ladies in front office not very efficient (making appointments, requests, filling prescriptions). Was diagnosed in January and put on oral medication. In March, the medication was going to be changed to an injection w/o a follow-up to see how well I reacted to the original prescription. Moved on to someone else.

After 3 hours of waiting, the doctor spent only 15 minutes with me. To make matters worse, she spent more time on the phone. Was not available to explain lab results which were clearly indicated to be out of range. Staff explained many times results are anomalous and don't warrant further explanation. Definitely will search for another doctor.

Office staff is unprofessional and not concerned about patient privacy. Seems to be a lot of turnover in staff. Doctor doesn't spend more than 5 min with patient after waiting over 1 hr past appt time. After being her patient for over 3 yrs, I am switching.
