we had been looking for a family doctor after moving here from ontario ever since the birth of my son i had been having black outs (for about a year) but they were starting to get worse and my energy had pretty much dissapeared when we have always been avid hikers and very active i would get winded walking up a flight of stairs and my heart would pound so hard i thought it would come out of my chest i also gained 20 pounds in 2 months we finally found dr siddiqui he listened to what was happening and then told me to eat more salt. (i eat salt regularly with food anyways) thought this was wierd but gave it a shot. he did not book a follow up but when i went back to get my ears flushed (which he hurt my ears badly and didn't get the blockage out) i told him and showed him the record of all the salt i was eating and all the black outs he was uninterested and told me to eat more. i have not gone back and still haven't had it diagnosed. been just trying to excersise and stay helthy.

My son sees this doctor for a very specialized, complex condition. So far, I have found him to be attentive, concerned, cautious and has explained things to me to my satisfaction. I find he is not a pill pusher which, to me, is a good thing. He seems to want to cover all bases and is willing to explain why if you ask him. I find him very friendly and don't have any problem bringing my kids back to see him in the future.

completely useless, he wont listen to a thing you say. I think he has a God complex. On top of that he has a complete disregard to patient suffering. AND he gave me the wrong medication!!!

A week after giving birth to my baby (normal vaginal delivery), I had serious abdominal pain, went to Airdrie Urgent Care on the monday and tuesday and he sent me home both times unable to figure out the problem after taking several blood tests which showed my white blood cells abnormally high and were higher with every blood test taken. I went to the PLC hospital on the wednesday and was seen right away by a doctor who was right away able to tell by looking at me and reviewing the blood tests that were taken on the monday and tuesday (which were faxed from urgent care to the PLC) that the problem was my appendix had ruptured and was ruptured since the monday night when I first went to urgent care. I was then rushed into the OR within 20min and informed that I may die because the appendix had been ruptured for 3days and had not recieved immediate attention. I almost lost my life, and my newborn daughter almost lost her mother because of this doctors lack of knowledge & comitment!

Dr Siddiqui is a wonderful, caring Physician and I would recommend him to anyone. Yes, he has an accent. So what? He is an asset to Airdrie.

This is the worst Doctor a ever seen in my life, I was very sick for a short period ended up at is office in Airdrie, I never listen to me, I could sleep because of pain, never gave me any med, I told me to de stress, I had to go to the urgent care many time before then finally found my problem. He was sending me for an Operation that I did not need at all, I had a second opinion.

This is the worst doctor that I have ever been to. He does not listen to the patient at all. I went in with a complaint and he didn't run one single test on me. The prescription he gave me was the wrong dose, and told me that a problem I was having was basically in my head, although I had test results stating exactly what was wrong. I am just dumbfounded by this experience. Especially when one of my complaints was pains in my chest. I hope for my sake and yours, that if end up in the urgent care clinic again, he wont be the attending.

He was not clean shaven, had a weak handshake and was hard to understand. When we tried to explain our previous medical history he seemed confused and then uninterested. We were trying to find a family doctor but gave up on him immediatly!

I really liked Dr. Siddiqui, I found him easy to understand, and to be very caring, I went for a minor issue and he is now sending me for tests to make sure everything if fine, He was very concerned with a few things as I am not getting any younger and I'm over 30. I would recommend him to other people.
