This was the third procedure my family has had through Dr Van Os and each time the care has been beyond expectations. From initial contact to completion of process, there was a smooth flow of function while maintaining a warm, relational experience. Front desk to assistant at the door as leaving, all were kind, informative and helpful. I cannot recommend too highly. This sort of care is what a doctor should be. We recommend Dr Van Os, without exception.

Professionalism greets you from the front office throughout this entire process. I was never uncomfortable with upcoming colonoscopy. All the nurses and Dr. Os. spends plenty of time answering all my questions. Dr. Van Os is the best.

We have been treated by Dr Van Os twice in the past year and each occasion was excellent. The entire experience was one of compassion, competence and completeness. Dr Erik is thoughtful to the person sitting before him. He is not quick in the process of evaluation but has a listening heart and mind. His questions are probing in order to efficiently deal with the aliment. The staff are all well trained in these same characteristics. This facility, staff and leaders are heads above in their fields when it comes to patient care. Facility is modern, clean and appealing. Can't recommend too highly. Thank you Dr Van Os and staff.

Dr. Van Os has been my Gastroenterologist specialist for over 15 years. He just completed my latest colonoscopy. I could not be more pleased with his expertise, professionalism and wonderful bedside manner. Also, every member of his staff is outstanding as well.

Simply arrogant and poor at diagnostics. There are better choices in town who respect patients.
