Dr. Escallon has a great calming way of speaking with his patients. He is ready to answer all your questions and helps put you at ease during what can be a very stressful time. He did a lumpectomy on me and I'm healing very well from it. I wish more doctors were like him and I'm glad I was referred to him.

God was very good to me when He placed me in the hands of this exceptionally kind, caring, brilliant doctor back in 2003 in Toronto. I would never forget Dr. Escallon's response to me when I asked him, after our consultation, what should I do before my operation. He looked at me and gently said, "just pray". I left his office with an assurance that I was safely in the right place with the Right doctor. Thank you again, doctor.

Simply amazing. So caring, so gentle and wise. His team of nurses and staff are equally as wonderful. I felt respected and well-cared for. This is patient-centred care at its absolute BEST.

Dr. Escallon is absolutely wonderful and very caring doctor, I felt lucky to be Dr. Escallon's patient. He explained the procedure in detail. I went to see Dr. Escallon for a benign fibroadenoma in my breast that is causing pain. I brought two imaging studies recently done to my appointment (mammogram and 6-month follow up ultrasound). He commented on my tattoos and said that was what was causing the pain, told me it was simply scar tissue, he would not remove them and to "rub cream on my breasts every night". I was shocked and stunned. I think he did not want to deal with me because he is discriminatory against women with tattoos. I now have to waste more time getting another referral from my family doctor to go to another breast clinic. Ugh. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Wonderful & caring doctor. Had breast removal 10 yrs ago. Kind & understanding. Trust him, I was in good hands. Now I will be seeing him again for other breast because my family doctor did not inform me that my mammogram showed that I had a cyst until 8 weeks later. She said everything was fine when I went to get my mammogram results. 8 weeks later went to see her because my breast was sore. He examined me & said it looks like a cyst. When I reminded her that I had a mammogram done at the end of May 2018 she went to her laptop and looked into my file and the mammogram and said: Oh yes it says something about a cyst. Now she wants me to go for an ultra sound, when she could have sent me 8 weeks earlier if she had paid serious attention to my mammogram knowing my previous history with breast cancer on the other breast that was removed and lumpectomy on the remaining breast. Not sure if I should mention her name ( family doctor) without some sort of repercussion.
