Dr. Elson is a fantastic doctor with a great bedside manner and he truly cares about you! I've been a patient for about 20 years. I highly recommend Dr. Elson if you're in need of a gastroenterologist.

I have been a periodic patient of Dr. Elson for decade. My last visit was a few days ago and I can't thank him enough for his excellent care and follow-up. He is a very courteous and punctual individual and runs a very effective operation. The staff in his office as well as in the designated clinics are very polite and helpful. Dr. Elson greeted me before my procedure and joined me after the process explaining the results of the examination. I am totally satisfied and can recommend his medical service to any potential future patient.

This man is arrogant, rude and chauvinistic. Dr. Elson is one of those doctors who believes he is a demi-God, whose time is only worth to those who are rich and famous. If I knew this ahead of time, I would have never taken off work and driven to Santa Monica :-(

Dr. Elson did an endoscopy on me when I was in the ER/hospital a few years ago--that was the first time I met him. He made me feel comfortable w/the procedure & his genuine empathy/concern for me helped me when I was in great pain & terrified. I went to visit today for abdominal pain. The secretary was initially very unfriendly on the phone but she fit me into the schedule and genuinely cared (much nicer in person!). Dr. Elson was patient, thorough and, had me set for a CT across the street within 30 minutes. I was highly pleased with his care and knowledge. He was also willing to listen to me about a condition I have that is very new to the MD world. Most doctors turn their heads the other way--Dr. Elson took all of the paper I brought in about it (Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome) & I believe he will actually read it! This is a wonderful doctor! He is patient, kind and, genuinely compassionate. If you're looking for a GI doctor, Dr. Elson is awesome! THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CARE!!

Dr Elson is wonderful!! Considering the dreaded colonoscopy is a very important preventative tool for good health, it is still dreaded nonetheless. Dr. Elson made the experience calming and comfortable. He is kind, caring, knowledgable, comforting and punctual!!! The patient's time is as important as his, which I appreciate as well. I am new to the area, and through a friends recommendation I went to see Dr. Elson and highly recommend him for any GI issues!

I was referred to Dr. Elson by my holistic doctor for an enteroscopy. She spoke very highly of him, and after my experience with him, I can see why. He actually listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable during my initial consult, the enteroscopy, and the follow-up. The enteroscopy went very smoothly. I had no discomfort afterwards, just a little drowsy from the anesthesia.

OMG, I can't believe what I am reading about this doctor. I thought he was amazing, caring, funny, and knew what he was doing.
